Hi Yiu,Thanks for your feedback. We clearly advertise the state and condition of the motel through the photos we display online. We also state the bedding configuration of the Three Bedroom Apartment as containing '2 King Beds, 2 single beds' so your feedback that the apartment 'is not suitable for 3 couples' is solely your fault for booking a room that wasn't suitable to your requirements.The feedback about the kitchen being 'only fit for light cooking' makes no sense in the context that the kitchen is displayed in the photos. If the room wasn't suitable, then why did you book it? I'm also curious as to what you did in our bathroom that made it require 'ventilation' that the two windows in the bathroom wasn't sufficient.At any rate; we hope that your future accommodation is up to your exacting standards and in future. Our brand new Samsung Smart TVs do require a bit of getting use to, especially if you're not familiar or don't have one at home.
