Hi Sarah, not sure how I review a guest I never saw, trying to get hold of you when we had no power phone or internet was tricky, even you could not cancel the booking, but we did it - it took almost 6 hours for one text to go out, emails would not have worked either. We were so lucky to sustain no damage due to Cyclone Gabriel in Te Awanga, hope we see you next year. Thanks Vrbo for allowing me to do a full refund in this extraordinary situation.
