“The room was a good size, but had absolutely no storage. The room was also extremely bright at night So much for dark skies at Capitol Reef. Beds had a horrible bed frame with shin destroying corners, but was comfortable. Great location. The front desk staff at check-in was great. The girl with the nose ring at check-out was horrible. Rude, rolled her eyes, basically a horrible human being. Will not be staying here again because of people like that. Sorry, do better. Also, breakfast was……

“Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The restaurant at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. The only thing I didn’t like was the bait boxes everywhere outside for mice control which I understand nobody wants mice in their hotel however bait boxes poison mice but don’t kill them instantly so the mice continue to wander around and get eaten by raptors and other animals that then suffer secondary poisoning. It is a horrible death for the mouse and other unintended target animals.”

“This hotel was simple yet beautiful! The room was really nice and the hot tub after a long day was very relaxing. We met a few people around the fire when we made s'mores, thanks to the staff. They give you stuff to make s’mores and snacks as well. The red rock in the background was a plus!! We would definitely stay again!”

“The property’s location was convenient because it was close to the national park entrance. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the staff cooked a daily breakfast menu, which was great and of high-quality. It would have been helpful if a larger ice machine would have been on the premises, but that was minor. The view at sunrise and sunset was pretty. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay!”
