Nice restaurant, except they had big groups and at breakfast only one server. She was awesome, running around trying to get to everyone. Room was okay, clean kind of a weird layout but doable. Beautiful views of the mountains. Would stay again if visiting Capitol Reef.

Good standard and location. For the price (high) and comparing to other similar hotels and hotel chains, I would expect a basic breakfast to be included in the price. There was a discounted one offered by the hotel restaurant. Otherwise, no issues, I would stay there again.

This hotel was a gem. Room was great, amenities were wonderful. Fresh coffee, tea and apples in the lobby. The outdoor spaces were super cute, with nice places to sit. They have blankets for chilly nights. There is a restaurant on site that looked busy. They even have a horse named Whisky. Highly recommend the Red Sands.
