“Stayed here one night. Jared was very welcoming. The property is off the beaten path, which was just what we needed at this stage of our trip. It is rustic but modern. There’s a restaurant (Sweetwater Kitchen) serving dinner right on the property which gets great reviews, but we had already eaten when we got there so didn’t get a chance to try it. It smelled wonderful, though. The room was small but comfortable with good quality linens and towels. It did not have an en suite bathroom, though it……

“Unser Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. 2 Sätze Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Wir waren für drei Nächte dort und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und der verbrauchte Kaffee- und Teebestand wurde nicht aufgefüllt jedoch wird die Zimmerreinigung gegen einen Aufpreis angeboten. Das wussten wir aber vorher. Das Zimmer war total sauber hatte jedoch Teppichboden und die Klimaanlage roch etwas unangenehm. Für uns waren die Betten sehr unbequem da……

“GREAT stay with our family of 4. Room had plenty of space and was modern and clean. Kids loved the pool/hot tub and playground and we appreciated the picnic tables and open spaces for families to relax. Staff were very friendly and breakfast burritos were delicious and perfect to grab as we headed out to Capitol Reef bright and early. Definitely recommend.”

“Bathroom left a lot to be desired. If they made the shower bigger and redid the floor, it would make a big difference. And making coffee at 7am when most people leave to start the day in the hot sun. At least start it at 6am if not earlier. If I were to stay here again, I would get a cabin. Staff was friendly and helpful and grounds were nice.”

“This hotel is the nicest place to stay in Escalante, there isn't much to the city. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend eating at Escalante Outfitters and Burr Trail Grill for lunch or dinner. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant onsite serving American cuisine. The restaurant had not opened yet when we checked in due to being behind schedule. The hot tub looked like it needed some love and a good cleaning, but the pool looked nice and clean!”

“This is a motel on the main road. Room was good sized. Very basic. Bed was pretty comfortable. About as quiet as you might expect on the main road. Served it's purpose.”

“We spent one night in the room with the hot tub and that was fabulous with a very private fabulous view. It was very clean. We spent the next night in the star dome, and while that was a unique experience, the bathroom was outside our room and the path to our dome was gravel rather than cement, which made rolling our luggage very difficult. The staff were very accommodating helpful and it’s a perfect location. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and artistry and luxurious experiences we had.……
