I guess it was just shut off for some reason and unable to contact anybody due they are somewhere off property and no phone service. Fortunately there was some water for the coffee maker (in the main room) so I improvised to take care of needs using the coffee jug to fill tank & basin in bathroom. No contact from owners. Like a bath mat to step on when you get out of the shower and a rug under the sink. The sink is really narrow and it's hard to even wash your face without getting water all over the floor. A rug to soak up the water would be extra nice. There is a broom in the room to sweep up dirt but while we were there it rained. It would be nice if there was a rug at the door to dry off wet feet. Also, it would be nicer if the curtains covered the whole window. Disappointing that none of the windows had screens on them that you could get fresh air and so the small rooms feel kind of cramped. Polyester sheets not my favorite. The main guest house was a lovely place to unwind, and the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant and unexpected bonus. The staff was friendly and made a genuine effort to assist us throughout our stay. The yurt itself was a unique experience—just as pictured, with a cozy interior and a peaceful setting. One of the highlights was definitely stargazing at night, which was beautiful. That said, there were a few hiccups. When we arrived at check-in time, the yurt wasn’t quite ready, which caused a bit of a delay. We also had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi inside the yurt, even though it was advertised as being available. The staff did try to help, but unfortunately, we were never able to get it working. The bathroom setup was clean and included a shower, which we appreciated, but there were no instructions for using the hot water heater, which made it a little confusing to get started.
