The cabin was everything we were looking for in a stay. It was extremely clean and everyone was excited to explore. The smell of pine was an extra bonus too. If we go through that area again, we’ll definitely look to stay at the ranch.

Wonderful spaciousness clean cabin with lots of quiet room airconditioners. 2 real queen mattresses 1 queen futon like matress and 1 real twin. Several couches also fold into beds. Very quiet place to stay and dinner restaurant on site very good. Pet friendly!
My wife and I stayed in the large Tipi last week for a couple of nights. Great bed, everything you need is close by and the employees were super chill and friendly. Definitely have a meal at their Sweetwater Kitchen at least one night.
We had a love hate relationship with this place. It was definitely a more unique experience than staying at a hotel. There is something really cool about being out in the middle of nowhere! And the stars were amazing! But it was definitely different than we thought it was going to be based on the pictures we had seen on the website. The overall "feel" of the place looked a lot "fancier" on the website. We aren't "fancy" people but if you are you might be disappointed with Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch. We stayed in Cabin 3. The kitchen/living room area was smaller than we thought it would be, there were cobwebs in several of the corners, and the beds were very uncomfortable! But we did like the fact that it had a full kitchen. And we also liked the loft type room where the kids slept. (Besides the bunk beds there were two chairs that converted into a place where they could sleep.) The "continental breakfasts" consisted of two hard boiled eggs, a blueberry muffin that was bland/ very dry, and an apple. (Five out of the eight apples had started to rot.) Luckily we had brought our own breakfast food for backup or we would have been really hungry. Overall it was a unique experience that we will remember forever. But I think it will be a once in a lifetime experience for us.
