Self catering Finca Juamar for 2 people

Finca Juamar is situated in Tahíche, built on a volcan. The property is formed by the house (Zonzamas); three studios (Fayna, Ico and Tirma) and one separate apartment (Taro, with its own garden). Each unit has got an independent entrance and terrace and the terraces are covered with pergolas.

There is also a swimming-pool and a wash-room to be used by all guests. If there are guests who want to grow plants, they will have a place in the garden to do so.

You get free internet with Wifi.

Each unit is equipped with TV SAT apart from an extensive information about the island Lanzarote and its most outstanding places (museums, monuments, Centres of Art, Culture and Tourism,)restaurants and more.

The land is about 7.000 square metres and borders on a natural park. It is a very quiet place, ideal for holidays in the country-side. If you are fond of walking, there are several paths going through extensive adjoining volcanic areas. Nearby the FincaJuamar, in Costa Teguise, there is an 18 hole golf course.

The nearest beaches are located in Costa Teguise, Arrecife (main city of Lanzarote) or Famara, all at a short distance by car.

Quiet. Nice and sunny outdoor terrace.
We really enjoyed this stay. Excellent communication with the host, she managed to check-us-in earlier. Few apartments, so the shared pool is almost for you. Very good internet (both my wife and I worked from here). I would stay again.

3 months at Finca Juamar Tahiche
Partly to avoid the awfulness of a British winter, and partly to spend time on a writing project, I booked in late November for 3 months. The apartment was perfect for me. It is off the beaten track (a rental car is pretty essential) but that suited me. The friendly herd of goats outside the verandah was a plus. Rita - the owner - was attentive and responsive. The maid was very thorough in her weekly visits. Not a personal issue for me. But a couple of practical suggestions for future guests. A new shower curtain would be good. And a few more utensils for those who like to cook.

Zentral gelegen, ideal um die Insel zu erkunden
Die sehr gut gepflegte Finca liegt zentral und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Insel. Die Wohnung ist essenziell eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frau Rita ist zuverlässig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Séjour tranquille
Idéale pour se balader le matin en partant à pied du logement, champ de lave et volcan proche. Gîte avec terrasse et bien aménagé, cuisine bien équipé, WiFi très bien, accueil sympathique par la propriétaire des lieux. Quelques avions de temps en temps mais pas dérangeant. Belle vue sur les volcans, parking et accès facile. Bref un bon séjour à lanzarote

Ruhepol zwischen den Ausflügen
Herrlich verlängerter Sommer Anfang November. Von der Finca aus erreicht man mit dem Mietwagen jeden Punkt von Lanzarote in weniger als 30 Minuten. Abgesehen von einigen startenden Flugzeugen sehr ruhige Lage inmitten von Lavafeldern.

Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit tollem Pool
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft, nicht weit vom Flughafen, aber auch gleich in der Nähe von zahlreichen sehenswerten Orten. Rita ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns willkommen geheißen und sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist mit allen benötigten Gegenständen ausgestattet, es hätte lediglich etwas sauberer sein können. Das betrifft hauptsächlich den Duschvorhang und das Geschirr. Ansonsten war jedoch alles super, sogar Bademäntel und -schlappen standen zur Verfügung! Der Pool ist hat eine äußerst angenehme Temperatur, wir waren jeden Morgen schwimmen (Februar/März) :)

Urlaub entspannt genießen
Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem eine schöne Bleibe auf Lanzarote, in dem Ort Tachiche, gefunden. Die Lage gefiel uns wirklich gut, man von dort aus super gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung starten. Und man kann direkt von der Finca aus in die Natur laufen und Sonnenuntergänge schauen. Rita ist eine nette, zuverlässige Vermieterin, die auch gerne ihre Insidertipps auf der Insel verrät. Toll fand ich auf jeden Fall das Sortiment an Infomaterialen, das in jedem Apartment ausliegt. Aktuell und interessant. Eine echte Entdeckung war für mich der Reiseführer von Lanzarote, den ich in ihrer kleinen Bibliothek entdeckt habe. Er ist in Englisch, Deutsch und auf Spanisch. Ich kenne Lanzarote gut, aber dieser Wanderreiseführer hat mir zahlreiche neue Infos geboten. Großartig. Ich kann nur empfehlen, nach dem Reiseführer zu fragen. Ich weiß nicht, ob er in allen Apartments ausliegt. Die Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind wirklich toll zum Schlafen. Ich kenne auch andere :-). Fazit: Wir sind gut erholt und mit neuen Ideen zurückgekommen. Gerne wieder!!! Angelika und Rudolf

Agréable séjour
Le logement est bien équipé. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli et était très disponible. Cependant il est bon de savoir que le logement se situe dans le couloir aérien de décollage des avions de l’aéroport de lanzarote mais pas dérangeant de nuit car pas de vols.

schöne windstille Terasse mit tollem Blik auf Sonnenuntergang
Die Wohnung ist 10-15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist schön windstill auf der Terasse, und sonnig am Nachmittag. Die Sonne geht hinter benachbarten Berg unter, so dass man die Sonnenuntergänge wunderbar auf der Terasse genießen kann. Das Schwimmpool teilt man mit 3 benachbarten Wohnungen, ist warm und bequem. Die Terassen von den Nachbarn ist durch die Wand mit der Terasse von der Wohnung getrennt. Die Gegend ist sehr still und ruhig. Nah an berühmter Bäckerei. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genoßen und bedanken uns herzlichst vor der Gastgeberin für die tolle Tips und Gastfreundlichkeit!
