"We had to use a late check in so we called ahead and spoke to Samy who was very reassuring that we were okay. When we arrived she was so pleasant, smiling, greeted us right away. The next morning we noticed she was there working on the breakfast, still smiling and pleasant. At check-out she thanked us for our stay, calling us by name at every interaction. I would stay again simply to say hello to Samy again. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. "
