This hotel is really nice, convenient near stores, it has a really nice pool and restaurant if you don’t want to go out. Bathroom and AC units need an upgrade for sure. Overall is a nice place to spend time with family.

Property was pretty nice compared to others in the area. It wasnt the greatest but it was close too everything i needed to be, staff was friendly, food was pretty good. I would definitely stay there again.

They need to get rid of the carpet from the 70’s, use tile instead, is horrible and patched, the WORST BED of my life no doubt, my husband thought it was a box spring, that’s how bad it was, we suspected for bedbugs, we looked but didn’t find them, even then we have some bug bites, so, careful. común areas are good, balconies have old bird poop, no phone in the rooms, if you need something you need to go to the receptionist, small pools were dirty, the big one was ok, old everything, old curtains, old furniture, the tv was at the most 30 inches, bad wall painting, bad door painting, bad light fixture painting, no iron, no hairdryer, (bring your own) I think if they invest a little money they can have a wonderful hotel.

I reserved a room with a bathtub and also noted that we wanted a bath tub but we’re given the room without a bathtub. They did change the room for us but as it turned out the water is not hot enough for a bath, even though I filled it up twice thinking that the hot water just hadn’t been to the room yet. It was barely hot enough for a shower. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable and good sheets the restaurant dinner was a disaster.

Decoration was nice, no fridge in room, small tv terrible wifi. Shower/tub layout is terrible, tile floor very slippery when climbing out of shower/tub.

It felt like coming home to friends & family. The hospitable in the hotel was above & beyond my expectations. They met my every need like I was part of their family. Food was excellent & porpotions were huge. It was hard to eat everything on the plate. Even room service would cater to my cravings that weren’t on the menu. It’s is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in the US.I would recommend staying at this hotel, either alone or a family.it’s very family friendly. For me it was an Oasis.I couldn’t find a negative issue to talk about. I could speak volumes on my stay all positive . Book a room now!!!

When I checked in Saturday night it was raining and the hotel ran out of hot waters cannot take a shower that night or Saturday or Sunday morning no hot water!!

Definitely I won’t stay here again.
Definitely I won’t stay here again. Old building, old rooms and extremely duty. The whole facility needs maintenance. Furniture is old, beds are totally uncomfortable. We even found a dead fly over our bed. The smell inside our room was just very uncomfortable a lot of humidity.

Everything was ok except that when I booked the hotel I called twice to make sure if the pool was open and they said yes and when I got there the pool was closed all three days I was there

I’ve stayed there before and never had a problem until this time. The shower on one room wouldn’t give hot water and they gave us another room. The other room’ ac wasn’t working properly, both shower n toilet had a water leak. They asked if we wanted to move to another room and we declined. It was a disappointed stay! I also learned they’re not associated w Best Western hotel chain any longer!
