“La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones. El complejo es muy grande, lo cual tiene ventajas y desventajas.……

“Todo el personal en general, te trata de maravilla, las habitaciones impecables e higienicas, lo que si quedo a deber es la playa, tiene mucha piedra, pero son recursos naturales y se entiende perfectamente bien esa situacion, alimentos de muy buena calidad.”

“The resort has a very frustrating and poorly designed restaurant reservation system. You can only book dinners 2 days in advance, which means for the first two days of your stay, you don’t have access to the restaurants at all—only the buffet. Even worse, it’s nearly impossible to secure reservations when they do open. Guests are constantly competing for limited spots, and the system becomes stressful instead of convenient. The staff seemed aware of the issue but were unable to help, as……

“I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities.……
