“The food was very good we found for an all inclusive. Lots of variety to choose from. Restaurant and bar staff friendly and easy to communicate with. Our issue was with the cleaning staff for our room and the front desk staff. We were there for a wedding and brought with us a Pre-paid Visa card for a wedding gift. “I would recommend the hotel a better strategy for the check-in and check-out. There is not too much organization about that and we didn’t have a good experience. People was just looking each other to see who was first. Ms. Maria made she can to organize us. Also the room we reserved with a king bed wasn’t available at our arrival. “Upon arriving in my hotel room, it was clearly dirty with cup stains everywhere. Shower glass was covered in mildew. No safe or chairs on our patio- clearly they were not ready for us, and that was after us unfortunately showing up late due to a flight cancellation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pack your own lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. it was bad. The elevators were horrible - hopefully you’re on a lower floor because you can wait for up to 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive.……
