We reserved a non smoking room because my wife has asthma. were told they were all taken and given a smoking room. They said that was not a guarantee when you request it, only a suggestion and if they were all out of them they could give us a smoking room. The phone in the room did not work. The box spring made very loud noises any time either of us moved or turned over in the bed.
The staff at the front desk are very nice! Unfortunately, the building and rooms are disgusting. Our original room stunk so bad, the door was broken and would'nt even latch, and there was no hot water at all. The only room they had available to put us in was a smoking room, so that room stunk too, but at least we had hot water.

The bathroom had hair in the tub. The walls had not been washed in a long time. The laminated floor at the toilet was cracked. The non smoking room 249 was a recent smoking room, smelled terrible.

There was not even hot water but if you want to sleep with one eye open this seems like the spot.

Unsatisfied with my stay. It was loud and very unsafe. The room I had was cold and there was no hot water for a shower. I want a full refund due to this horrible experience.

Bed was comfortable and the price was right for an easy place to rest but pipes taped with duck tape to hide holes in bathroom. Definitely not a quiet area. Stuff was very nice though. They was were very helpful and friendly and time I came to the desk. I would stay
The place smelled of weed and there were hairs on the bed and towels. The only reason it didn’t get a 1 is because there were no critters. Front staff was nice but will be avoiding in the future.

Dirty and smelly room,used condom in trash can,pubic hair and stains on bed sheets.did not care to spend the night there.i went to the reception and gave the keys back to the clerk.i hope i get reimbursed for that.never again.

Room key had to be reprogrammed every day during our stay.
Toilet plugged. Phone did not work. We were given a room that adjoined another room. There was a refrigerator in front of the adjoined room door. We could hear conversations (normal speaking voice), alarm clocks, phones
