“House was great for our large group. Was definitely historic, so be prepared for small things like creaky windows doors, etc. we had some issues w the pool but the host was quick to find a solution and even offered a treat for our inconvenience. ”

“Our stay was two nights and overall the room seemed clean. It was when I cleaned the kitchen floor upon our check out. My cleaning rag was black! The floor looked clean but was not. The outdoor patio furniture was full of pet hair. The place had minor issues and seemed to be neglected. Such as, no hot water in kitchen, bathtub did not hold water, the toilet barely flushed and it took a long time to fill up again, clothes iron broken on its surface and snagged my clothes, several lightbulbs burnt...

Property advertised to sleep 6. Two of us slept on a chaise sofa in living area… Floor lamp in one bedroom didn’t work. Rugs in same room slipped on wood floors….”

“The location was in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient for San Antonio's airport, Riverwalk and Six Flags. Except for the patio and pool areas which were disappointing, the home met our needs. I suggest the area rug be replaced. Owner did went above and beyond tending to items brought to his attention.”
