“Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better...

“Hosts were fabulous. The property was quintessential Texas Hill Country. Kitchen has everything we needed--pots, pans, utensils--better than other places I've stayed. The hot tub and pool were perfect. They provided fire for the fire pit. And we had a all-family corn hole tournament. It was a great place for our big family to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday.”
