“Staff did not accommodate me and my guest after us paying for the room. They wanted additional $199 to stay. So I went to another hotel a whole lot cheaper. So the lady did not help us out at all. I had the receipt of payment $103 so this is a Loss to me. I come to Gainesville a lot and stay one to two nights. You think if they wanted my business they would have treated us better and accommodated us with me showing her the receipt of payment. I had called and talked to a man explaining about the……
