"Stayed for two nights and the staff were amazing from the start to the end. We were pleasantly greeted and welcomed the moment our transportation dropped us off, to being looked after at the front desk on arrival. We arrived in the morning and were accommodated earlier than expected. We had a sea view room that looked over the gateway of India. Our housekeeper cleaned the room spotlessly ensuring we had everything we needed. We ate in Shamiana restaurant and the food and service were also good. Will certainly stay here again. "

"From arrival to departure the service from the staff was exceptional. Special mention goes to Ashfaq at the front desk who handled our arrival efficiently and was able to check a group of 10 of us early after a long journey to Mumbai. There was excellent choice of food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were spotless and all amenities were available. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access by road and rail from the airport."
