This 1 bedroom unit on the 4th floor (with lift access) has lovely lake views. Kick back and relax on the balcony with your morning cuppa and prepare for the day, or sit back with your afternoon beverage and watch the sunset over the lake.

The apartment features a combined lounge room and kitchenette with twin burner stovetop and fridge, TV and air-conditioning, bathroom with shower over a bath is perfect for after a long day out, a full internal laundry with washer and dryer is provided and use of the complex pool, spa and gym make it the perfect location for either a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay. This property also offers unlimited NBN Wifi to enjoy during your time.

Leave the car in the public parking complex across the pedestrian crossing, and take a stroll into The Entrance Town Centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping Centre and more.

Only a short walk away (or drive) you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more including The Entrance Ocean Baths (Patrolled), you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from several local golf courses, with Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club just a 5 minute drive away. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest and take the flying fox across the valley.
Alternatively, take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

Not very clean cups are all stained curtains dirty Pillows yellow and stained no internet

The property had a number of broken items,eg fridge had missing shelf over vege draw and on door, bath was mouldy and not clean eg hair. carpet not clean, eg long hair, cob webs around ceilings, curtains stained and mesh curtains grey and dirty. Dust and crumbs around microwave. Vehandah needed weeping and cob webs needed removing. The real estate agent was a good communicator and effecient, but i think the cleaning service needs reviewing. I was going to write to assist the owner, but have been busy with family commitments. Hope this was of some assistance

the closeness to restaurants and parking the unit was not up to date with amenities no netflix or proper wifi in the unit and it wasnt clean the carpet had blonde hair everywhere and cooking utensils and equipment not clean
