"I would never have written a review at all if the Owner didn't rip me off. First, I will state that the place is run down NOT rustic. When I arrived, the counter and floor were dirty. Decor and furnishings are a joke (seriously!), the 3 legged toaster oven was full of crumbs, no stove or oven, hotplate did not work, portable dishwasher that can't be hooked up, no towels, no cable tv...only internet, could not run the central air because it stunk like cockroach s**t (I did the storage auctions...

"The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold."

"This place is in a great location and neighborhood in the close to downtown Ocala and my place of work for the week. As advertised it is a two bedroom, only one bathroom though. While it had everything we needed the cleanliness could be improved, particularly bathroom and windows. Jamie was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had an issue with check-in. "
