"The room was so old and kind of gross. The staff was nice great pool area for the kids. I paid $400 for a cabana that couldn’t even be closed on every side because it was ripped the cooler was leaking water the whole day and the chairs were so dirty. "

"The room was clean, everything (A/C, hot water, appliances) worked fine. The only strike against the property is the WiFi. It was unreliable, working most of the time, just slowly. And they changed the password with no notice, so I had to return to the office get the new one. Also, the room key card lost its magnetic coding and I had return to the office to have that reprogrammed, too."

"I had a great view ! The pool is super busy with music! The room was nice and quiet! The AC worked great! but kitchen cookware were old and scratched pan and was missing pan! The blender wasn’t working! The dishwasher machine smelled really bad! The TV has no netflix or youtube which is a big downside! They have direct TV! Overall I prefer this place over the other Inn’s in town! It has a nice bedroom! The pillows are not my favorite i got a neck pain!"

"We booked a standard 1 bdr. Compared to other resort properties where we have stayed in the PS area, the rooms were really small. There was no drink or food service at the main pool and only 1 poor worker in the sole food service cafe on property. So, wait times were long. The room was clean, but the patio was full of leaves and the table dusty. I recommend upgrading to a premium room or selecting another resort property."

"I've stayed at plenty of Embassy Suites over the years and unfortunately, this hotel was one of my least favorites. While the exterior of the hotel was nice, the inside of each unit was a different story. The bathrooms were extremely small and in not great shape. It was clear that the ceiling had experienced some leaks as the paint had bubbled and sagged and there were holes in the paint where the liquid had been drained. There was rust and holes in the wall throughout. One of the worst parts about this is the structural integrity of the building itself. We were in a ground floor room and when the guests above us came home for the night, EVERY single step they had upstairs was accompanied with a *thud* as well as creaks in the floor. And it is not an exaggeration when I say EVERY SINGLE STEP was met with a thud/vibration as well as a creaking. Imagine this late at night as well as early early in the morning when your room is otherwise dead silent. The breakfast at this location was also the worst I've ever experienced at an Embassy Suites. The only hot food items they had available were scrambled eggs and potatoes. The omelette line was always at least 10-15 people deep and at 3-5 minutes per omelette, there was no way I was going to stand in line for 45 minutes for one. One of the pros was that the hotel staff that checked us in was very friendly and efficient. But other than that, the stay as a whole was unfortunately met with disappointment after disappointment.
