"I give this rental property 5 stars! James was very responsive and answered all my questions. The place had everything I was looking for and was spacious enough to accommodate 16 people (including one toddler). It had plenty of towels, dishes, and beds, so we didn’t have to use any of our own supplies. They even had pool toys in the garage, and the pool was very well maintained. The house was also very clean—there was nothing to complain about."

"The house was so clean and amazing. The property manager answered timely and was very understanding. My older kids, younger kids, nieces and nephews had a blast. While it rained they were outside in the heated pool that was amazing. The property was close to the concert we attended, thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay here with our family."

"Positives: - House was nice, it was clean, and a in nice neighborhood.Negatives:- Neighbors dogs barking all night and in mornings.- Master did not have a closet and tv didn't work.- Jacuzzi jets had hardly any pressure. - Kitchen didn't have a coffee pot, only 4 forks, a dishtowel, no hot pads, and no paper towels. Host was notified and brought along w/ tp, lighter for firepit.- Propane tank was empty for bbq. New one brought over.- Garage door worked on and off.- Blinds were missing draw...
