The stay at this location was horrible. The room smelled of mold. There was actually mold in the shower. The faucet knob was cracked. The door to the room was hard to shut unless slammed. The wifi was available but didn't work. At check out there wasn't even anyone around the front counter. Waited for a while and finally just left my key on the counter. Very very unclean and disgusting accommodations. Will never use this location again.

We were there for a colege visit. The front desk guy was weird as hell, like creepy weird. The rooms were very dark with limited lightening. The whole building smelt funny. The breakfast in the am was horrible at staying stocked with food. If my daughter goes to school up here I would not stay here again.

The property was filthy. I am shocked their doors are open. Rooms stink of damp moldy carpet. Sinks don’t drain properly, nor do the showers. Breakfast featured moldy fruit and disgusting conditions. I would never stay again.

Staff was friendly and did their best with a rather decrepit property. Parking lot needs repaving; hotel needs repainting and new carpet, and general updating. Met my need for a budget hotel, but wouldn't stay there again unless I had to.

Nothing worked, the evening girl had a terrible personality should not work with the public. Nobody told us that the pool was out of service and when we went in came running out yelling scaring the kids. No remote brought one that didn’t work. Will never stay there again.

The pool and hot tub we're closed. The breakfast was extremely poor. No one keeping an eye on levels of food left. When you walked into the breakfast area, your feet stuck to the floor! Very unappetizing.

The service at check-in was horrible, they swore and were very unprofessional. The room was subpar but clean. Pool and hot tub were closed but the entire place was so run down that I don't think I would have ever trusted going in the pool. I did attend an conference in the convention center the next day and I was happily surprised by the food and the service there.

This property is in a great location, breakfast and coffee were nice. Overall property looked 'tired'- the reception lobby is dark- I feel it is in need of some renovations and updates.

Didn’t have enough breakfast and wouldn’t get more out close to 9am when breakfast was to be done even though people were there at 845 and food ran out. Rooms weren’t right next to each other. Quality of room was bad. Hot tub was broken. Regular pool was freezing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish the kitchen was open later than 9pm; the food is delicious! Our room was next to a family with persistently noisy children. It made it hard to sleep, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay here. Our hotel is an older hotel, however, we take pride in the fact that our hotel has always been very clean. Carpet is an area that needs addressing very quickly. Changes will be coming very soon!

Run down, leaking roof
Super run down hotel. Gross carpet. Leaking ceiling with 5 gallon buckets all over the place to catch water. Pool was OKAY but the hot tub was not operational. Bar and food was OKAY. Morning breakfast was pretty sad... probably because there is the restaurant onsite. Bed was comfortable. Needs a HUGE facelift.

location was the only good thing a couple about this place. when getting there. i reserved room over a month ago.. they couldn't find it... next went to pool.. hot tub was broke no water even in it... wide open to someone to fall right into the opening!! next.. tryed showering more then once no hot water at all ice cold!!! breakfast in morning.. was empty.. very very unclean hotel... maids where even swearing in hotel

Very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed there before but this time around it was not very good. The room was dirty, there was garbage still on floor behind nightstand and wife had a cold shower so the rest of us could not even shower in the morning. When we get there on a friday the pool and hot tub was closed for maint in which there was no posting of it being closed when i made the reservation. We will never be back

I will never stay here again. Supposed to have 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. One room had fulls and they had no other rooms for us. The bed was broken. The bathroom was full of mold. One room was not vacuumed. Ceiling tiles were falling down and broken. Continental breakfast ended at 830 on a Sunday so we had to go to McDonalds. Pool opens at 9 but there were people at the pool before 8 am and they were LOUD. Rudely loud for early morning. I have stayed at hotels with hockey and dance teams that were more respectful of other guests. Went down to complain and there was no one at the front desk...waited for 10 minutes, no one came. So we packed up and left. Very unhappy. Will not stay here ever again. Will not recommend. I got a deal on the rooms and still feel ripped off.

The overall facility is old and somewhat dark. The breakfast and restaurant was minimal and outdated. On a positive note, the room was clean and roomy. The indoor pool is sizable and clean. The bar is large and lively.

Sleep tight at night
BED WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE. Security lacking due to no locks on side entrance. People lingering in hallways and side entrance, smoking and talking at all hours BUT they were kind, polite and helpful. Apparently, construction workers posted temporarily in the town. No problem, but a bit intimidating at first glance. I truly liked the inside room chain on the room doors.

I am sorry about the ant problem we had quite a problem with ants this year , but we had Eco Lab out immediately to address the problem and it has been taken care of . We don't use duct tape on fridges, we replace immediately and couldn't find a fridge with duct tape on it? Thanks for your input!
