The staff is friendly and the lobby and pool area are nice as clean. We got to the lobby to checked in and everything was very nice so we assumed the rooms would be too. We booked the Junior Family Room and it was disappointing. The website description said it fit four people (king bed and pull out sofa). However, the pull out sofa was disgusting & very dirty. We dropped our things at the room and immediately left to go grab dinner. We arrived to the room late so we didn’t realize the room had no AC until we were getting ready for bed. We call the front office & they said only the suites and some rooms facing the ocean have AC. It was a bit warm inside the room but not extremely since we stayed at this hotel at the beginning of Fall (Columbus day weekend). I can just imagine how hot it can get in the summer. The windows facing the tiny playground did not open. The only window that we could open was the one near the entrance door. But we did not open the window because anyone passing by the hall can see inside and that’s dangerous & scary. Besides no AC, 3 adults & a 13 year old had to sleep in a king bed sideways so we could all fit. So disappointing & upsetting. We did feel a bit safe in that hotel since we do not have to leave our Room keys at the front every time we go out. There’s always a guard at the front gate making sure only guests have access inside. Due to Covid-19 they are not allowing visitors. The suites are probably the only good rooms in this hotel.
