It’s a bit run down and shabby and needs some investment. Staff are as miserable a bunch as you can ever meet. The lad serving me breakfast looked like he had been up all night. Old Yugoslav era communist customer service. Why smile when you can frown? Breakfast alone had about ten different rules to follow. Not allowed more than two cups of coffee or tea or water. Electric scouters left in lobby area on charge, plates and cups on window sill in restaurant. It’s a bit of a mess really. Only plus side is it’s right on the waterfront and a room with a sea view is probably really nice. I was out the back with a view of twenty empty coke crates. 😐

Good service and food. Doesn’t have an elevator but we’ll worth it. Also, in the bedrooms it needs blackout curtains or blinds. I woke up super early as the sun was blaring in at 6am. Breakfast was included and was really good

Excellent hotel and location
Excellent hotel and location, the only minus is no elevator, but everyone was very helpful with carrying luggage upstairs. The staff was super friendly and spoke great english. Very helpful with destinations and taxi. Packed us lunch for trip to the airport. A++

Overall the rooms are average but clean and the staff is very friendly. This hotel is located in possibly one of the most beautiful locations in Tivat and it has an amazing restaurant with breathtaking views. Overall a great deal and I highly recommend staying here.

Horrible service, receptionist was rude and unprofessional. The rooms are damp and smelled of mold. I complained to the manager, and they just laughed. I did not stay long 👍

below expectations..
disappointing, a would-be modern style hotel which is not up still to the european standards. the restaurant is pitiful with only european dishes at european prices, nothing local as if it was a shame to offer such foods. A last point is the impossible situation with parking in the city.

Bait and Switch
This is an old tired hotel with no elevator (we were on the third floor) there was mold on the walls and the pictures on the hotels.com site are of ONE room, you will not be getting that room, you will be getting a old dingy room with a UN MODERN bathroom, mold on the wall and a toilet that flushes 50% of the time, the TV was so old it was below 720p. The staff was very nice in the hotel and in the restaurant, but this goes under the category of bait and switch in my book, never again and buyer beware!

Our suite was of a high standard and was very comfortable. Enjoyment of it was marred on 2 days by the presence of a very noisy Carnival on the sea front opposite the hotel. The loudspeaker system was deafening (unnecessarily high). For the rest of the time we had a lovely musical accompaniment to our evening meals, complete with accomplished trombone.

Our stay at Hotel Astoria was amazing! We had a wonderfully large, comfy room with a view of the water and the naval ship right out of our window, as well as a private balcony, where we sat and enjoyed watching all the people go by in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the room had amazing blackout shades! All of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We definitely recommend!

Great stay
Service was amazing - both in reception, restaurant and more. Kind, friendly, professional and flexible. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrasse overlooking the bay. It was really great. All in all the stay was beyond my expectations and I would certainly return here next time I'm in the area.

Det var varmt på hotellet, förutom rummet. Fantastiskt bra bemötande av personalen, inte minst i restaurangen. Extremt god mat och prisvärt med tanke på läget och vad ställen i närheten tar.
