This Hotel was very nice and my room came better prepared than usual. The room had everything I would need, an extra razor, toothbrush, Q-tips, robe and sandals for the spa etc, very nice. We held an event in one of their upstairs conference rooms and it was nice as well. It had tables, chairs, a digital projector/screen and was catered with coffee. I enjoyed everything about this place from the excellent buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner options, to the firm mattresses and fluffy pillows.

Dirty hotel
Beautiful hotel but dirty. Stains on furniture in room and lobby. Was moved from one room due to dirty bathroom and the 2nd room smelled of mold so badly I had to leave and go to another hotel. Also, that room was not very clean. So disappointing. And inconvenient.

Beautiful property, wonderful staff, delicious buffet, large room for japan hotel, great location. Akishima train station is within walking distance, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the station/Moritown shopping. Get a Suica Pass at the station and ride the rails with the swipe of a card. Only negative was the beds, while good size was not as comfortable as I'm used to but my wife and I still swept every night and all night through. Highly recommend! Definitely will stay here again!

Thé location and the staff at the two strong points of this hotel. The hotel has views over a beautiful park and there is a gigantic window in the lobby to welcome you which is picture postcard. I have never stayed in a hotel before where staff that were that attentive. They go over and above what is expected and get borderline upset when they can’t please. The staff also speak English for the most part. The hotel is amazing value for what you are getting too. The breakfast buffet is excellent and foreigner friendly although if you want to have lunch there book in advance because even on weekday the buffet restaurant was fully booked. The beds were great and surprisingly the pillows were soft which is unusual for japanese hotels and it’s very quiet at night. There is a relaxing rooftop bar and plenty of parking. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone. We definitely will be staying there again.

I got the double deluxe room, besides the bed being very stiff and the bathroom feeling a little claustrophobic, the room was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was excellent! I got a massage at the Spa on the 8th floor, something services weren’t available because of COVID, but the massage was wonderful I’ve never seen so relaxed! I would stay again!!

A great hotel.
We were only there for a short overnight. The bed was great. Fridge stocked with water, beer tea and juice was free. Bathroom was well appointed. Room was spacious and had top of the line amenities. We would have liked having time to take advantage of the on site extras like the spa. Also a short and pretty walk from the train station.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. A 5-day work stay was made excellent by the delicious and authentic breakfast buffet, with fresh fruit and daily variety of Japanese breakfast foods. Room was equipped with many daily toiletries and amenities. Beautiful setting and peaceful landscape. Highly recommended!!

Place was expected, super clean, amazing service. Only complaints are that the bed was really hard (by western standard) as it is common in Asia, and really slow internet. Could not stream Netflix on my tablet and wasn’t much tv stations

Hidden gem in a friendly town.
Very friendly and professional. Golf course and range shuttle bus was very convenient and on time. Great shopping and dining just 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by shuttle bus. Looking forward to next stay.

Very good Hotel and nice facilities (bar & spa)
I was in the area on a business trip. The location is quite central near the main station (45min away from Shinjuku). Overall the hotel is clean, with good accommodation. The bar on the top floor of the hotel is stunning, with an amazing view on the park and the neighbourhood.

The stay was great! They have a shuttle t/from the airport, just call ahead for times. Also the staff was really friendly and professional. They all spoke English which made it nice for directions to sites and hotel amenities. The hotel has three restaurants, a spa, free pool,parking and WiFi. Our room included breakfast and it was great every day we went down for it! The only complaint would be the beds were rock hard. If your into that then good, not me.

Very good services. Room is spacious. Hotel provides free shuttle to nearby area. Bed is firm & comfortable. All the drinks in freezer include beer are free. Free parking. Golf course is on site. We had a wonderful stay

Upper scale hotel. Large rooms. Two blocks to Morristown mall and Akisima train station. I stay here when I visit Yokota AFB.

Close to Yokota Air Base
Great location. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. It was great to be able to walk to the train station (they also have a shuttle) and mall area with numerous restaurant choices.

Just Brilliant
This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel and I cannot say a single bad thing about it. 7 minutes walk from the shops and Akishima station. Akishima is not very big so you would need to need to go there - it's not on the holiday route as far as I could tell.

The hotel is a bit aged though the facilities are reasonably accessible. The good point is it is near the Outdoor Village which is a good place to visit in walking distance. Besides, free carpark service is available which is good.
