The hotel is a short distance to Kitasenju station which is very convenient. There are plenty of dining options within short walking distance. Shopping places are plentiful close to the hotel. The hotel room is a little bigger than hotels of same categories. It also has a massage chair. There are 2 water bottles and snacks are provided daily. Room is cleaned daily and cleaned very well. Towels are of good quality. Reception staff are professional, courteous and very helpful.

The staff was very professional, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was very good, even had coffee latte. It really helped start the day without having to worry about where to eat. The massage chair in the room was an added plus to recover from all the walking. 2-3 minute walk to Kitasenju station (a major station to many train lines). Would definitely stay again!

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. First timers in Tokyo and we did not know what to expect, the hotel is only a few minutes walk from a mainline station, both Tokyo airports are easy to get to. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly everything is there to use you can have and its all free, including razors, toothbrushes, pajamas (fresh set each day) tea/coffee in the room and bar area, an early evening free bar with beer/wine etc, there are about 50 places to eat all within walking distance of the hotel. Reception staff all speak English and can help and explain everything we asked them. Highly Recommended

Great little place to stay! Absolutely LOVED the in room massage chairs- felt so good to come home after a day of traipsing through the city and get a massage. We usually went to the hot bath, located on the second floor, first and then sat in the chairs for a bit and passed out. Staff were really nice and polite. Location is great with lots of trains coming to this stop (Kitasenju station). There’s two malls right in the station so you can do all your duty free shopping and drop off your stuff at the hotel before venturing into the city. We only went into the heart of Tokyo once. There’s so much to EAT around the hotel. Would definitely stay a second (and third) time! They also had coin operated laundry machines. Washing cycle cost 200yen and the dryer cost 100 yen per 30 minutes. The dryer isn’t very hot so we did 1.5 hrs or maybe just don’t wash your jeans… there are two sets of machines on the fifth floor along with a microwave, and another set of machines on the second floor next to the hot baths. There is only one small elevator in the hotel so you may have to wait at times especially during meal times and check in/out times. There are no safes in the room but the front desk will hold onto your items for you if you need. Amenities are available in the lobby so grab what you need when you check in so you don’t have to come down. Would definitely stay a second (and third) time!

The public bathhouse and sauna was a great experience. In addition to having a massage chair in the room. Very nice first night after landing in Tokyo to assist with jet lag.

The room was clean and nice and it was really convenient how we could freely take amenities for our stay. I also didn’t expect a massage chair to be in each room. This made me very excited and help me relax! Overall I’ll recommend this room if you want to rest well in clean space.

I enjoyed their breakfast buffet choices. They've added cocktail hours to relax in the lounge or outdoor patio. Great location, nicely decorated, bed very comfortable plus really good massage recliner.

Lots of extras. Check in at 2:00 instead of 3 or 4 at some places and I showed up at 1:00 and they let me in w/o question. Checkout at 11:00, while some other places (APA for example) have check-out at 10:00. Then they have a happy hour for FREE, in the lobby from 5-8:00 with unlimited beer and alcohol. I never heard of such a thing. We had two beers, which is no big deal, but it made us feel welcome and was a chance to meet some other guests. The room and bathroom were larger than many similarly priced hotels as well.

Great location
Excellent location - less than 4 minute walk to the subway to get to Tokyo CBD, Ueno Park and other sightseeing. Plenty of reasonably priced cafes/ restaurants in the pedestrian alleyways around the hotel, also a great food hall on two floors in the department store adjacent to the subway entrance. The hotel has microwave ovens on various floors for heating takeaway food. The hotel onsen facilities were very good.

Nice boutique hotel at Kita-senju
Given that hotel rooms in Tokyo are quite small, I purposely booked a corner room in this hotel. But it turned out just a room on one end and it wasn't bigger than any other rooms. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Kita-senju station. It is on a street full of restaurants and there is a mall closes to metro station. Although room is small, there were items such as snacks, phone charging cables and a message chair in-room to give some personal touch. The in-house hot spring is really nice in cold weather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff are attentive and friendly, and quick to supply any minor items you may have forgotten (toiletries etc). There's no on-site restaurant, so aside from breakfast you'll have to look elsewhere for meals.

上野でのイベントの為に予約。 北千住から上野までJR常磐線で11分ですが、上野周辺のホテルと比較すると、断然コスパが高いです。 大浴場は洗い場は２つのみですが、ジャグジーもありますし、平日の16時ジャスト（大浴場オープン時間）に行ったら、貸切状態でした。 部屋も一人で泊まるには十分な広さで、マッサージチェアまでついてました。 朝食ビュッフェもさまざまな種類のおかずが所狭しと並んでおり、満足しました。 スカイツリーのある押上駅までのアクセスも良く、上野やスカイツリーの観光を考えていらっしゃる方々には、全力でお勧めいたします！！！

とても良いお部屋でした!お部屋にマッサージチェアーがあり予約制ではありますが25分間定員2名の岩盤浴に大浴場(足を伸ばして6人程ですが)ジャグジー付きで疲れが取れ癒されました♪無料の朝食もメニューが豊富でウエルカムデザートやドリンクもありましたよ！スタッフの方もとても感じがよくまた利用したいと思いました!
