She informed me yes it was a heated pool but didn't inform me it was closed when I asked. My daughter was all excited got ready we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The front desk attendant gave us zero information.”

“Our room was clean and pretty, but no coffee maker, no fridge, and no TV. The floor was so far off level we were literally walking downhill to the bathroom. No continental breakfast, and the desk clerk wasn't sure when the restaurant opened on Sunday morning. Beautiful place, but not our thing.”

“For a very old hotel, it was wonderful! The staff was fantastic and took care of things better than we would have expected. They were all very friendly. Our waitress Maggie, took good care of us and the manager Michael got us a drink even though the bar was about to close for the night. We would definitely stay at the Terrace Inn again.”
