In the district of Cala Salionç, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the complex: lift. Stepped path (13 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 500 m, swimming bay 50 m. Golf course 15 km, tennis 500 m, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Sant Feliu de Guixols 14 km, Platja d'Aro 19 km, Tossa de mar 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
