“Great place!”

“The room smelled very musty and upon getting back home and unpacking my clothes that were in my suitcase and hanging up in the room, I noticed they were slightly damp just from the room itself. Front and back walls of the rooms are paper thin—I could hear all the cars going by on the road and could even hear the people across the hall from me talking inside of their room, as well as people in the hallway yelling and cursing. The breakfast was also just okay. I would most likely try out a……

“This was a great hotel to stay at. Staff was excellent all around. The island atmosphere surrounds you everywhere. A very clean and well kept hotel with a great location including minutes to Smoky Mountains. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Need a getaway? Start here as a base.”

“The check in staff were great!! Rooms were clean and a great location! Kimberly the morning person was very personable and helpful to everyone that came in the Breakfast. We loved when she worked as she made breakfast very enjoyable. They need more workers like her when she isn't working.”

“Mold smell in our room & hallway. Check in staff was nice but did not tell us breakfast times, pool times, no extra info. -- Ice machine was broke the entire stay we were there, had to go to 2nd floor. We left one night early 3 nights instead of 4. We let front desk know why we were leaving early. No apologies from them at all. The entire place needs renovated badly!! Breakfast was pitiful. Just not the Ramada we're used to staying in. Easy parking. Rooms were clean just stinky from the mold……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
