Great place in Traverse City
We have stayed at the Capri units before, and this one is very good. The location is conveniently located in walking distance from downtown. We had the best of both worlds, Traverse City and out Fall colors tour to the peninsulas and wineries. The place is very clean and well appointed, making for a pleasurable stay. Thank you!

Wonderful Rental!
The clean, modern condo was exactly what we needed and wanted for our getaway in Traverse City! It walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries and close driving distance to wineries and the water. My husband and I will definitely be booking this place the next time we visit Traverse City!

Beautiful unit, plenty of space. Loved the balcony! In walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Parking was difficult due to lack of spaces. There’s a parking garage next door but it’s expensive.

Very clean (bathroom was clean, bed sheets seemed fresh, organized living room) Easy check in process (email with instructions and codes, and check out expectations) Good amenities Felt we did some of the cleaning that we shouldn’t need to as a paying renter (wash the bedding, take out the trash, wash the towels, etc) Otherwise, no complaints. Great condo!
The unit is compact, modern, and had everything we needed. Kitchen appliances and furnishings were great. It was very helpful having a washer/dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable. The unit is an 8 minute walk to Front Street with another 2 minutes to the water. We would definitely book again when visiting Travers City!

Absolutely lovely property
The condo was absolutely perfect and clean from the moment we walked in! The photos are surprisingly accurate to the scale of the place, and it was simple to check in and get ourselves settled. Communicating with the manager was a bit difficult before we arrived, but once we were there, we were able to get ahold of him quickly. The only issue we had (and this was out of control of the manager,) was that the garbage disposal was broken during our stay and the sink wouldn't drain. It clogs very easily, even if coffee grounds get in it, so that was a bit of a downer. Still, the manager was communicative, and was even able to get a plumber to unclog it in the middle of the week, though that was unfortunately only a temporary fix. Still, I'd highly recommend the property! The neighborhood is quiet, if a bit run-down, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the center of downtown TC, with shops and restaurants of all varieties!

We booked this for an early Valentine’s Day weekend but, little did I know, we would get engaged right before we arrived in Traverse City. This place was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend renting this out for any type of trip.

Great place and location!
Absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location, was able to walk to a spot for dinner, and cooked the rest of the meals. Close enough to downtown that if it had been warmer, we could’ve walked there too. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and it was very clean. Definitely would stay again!

Great location and spot....but a few minor things
The property itself was nice and provided exactly what we needed. A couple of issues we ran across, that may be related to the clean up team, was that the door wasn't locked when we first entered and was a bit ajar. The trash in the bathroom didn't appear to have been emptied from a prior visit and the towels were still in the dryer and not put back away. None of this impacted our stay but perhaps something to be aware of in the future.

A terrific place for a very reasonable price.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is perfect. It's about an 8-minute walk from the main shopping street. The place was exceptionally clean and neat. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. My only problem was with (most likely) Vrbo. There must have been a glitch in their system because I did not receive the directions and access code to the apartment until I made several phone calls. According to the owner, the email went out as scheduled, but I did not receive it. My previous messages through Vrbo did not reach the owner either. My booking did not even show up on the app, nor on their website. So, it was a bit unnerving the morning of our travel not knowing if we could actually enter the apartment. Everything ended well, though, and we were very happy that we picked this place.

We enjoyed the great view from our location. The colorful leaves of autumn were beautiful and visible constantly. We had a five minute walk to downtown and usually could park in the lot nearby. The condo had everything we needed.

We had such a great stay! The only downside is it’s a 3 floor walk up so it wasn’t ideal for my grandma to be going up and down all day. The location is amazing and the apartment couldn’t have been any cleaner. Such a great space would definitely rent again!

Fabulous place and completely hassle-free!
We loved the place! Positioned just a short walk to downtown traverse, but set back enough that it was very quite and private feeling. The place itself was easy to navigate. Parking was always available for us, but in a busier season it might be hard to park there and you may have to park at the nearby structure. Lots are pretty narrow, just FYI. Typical for this kind of location, leave your truck at home! The building is very clean upon entering, and the condo itself was spotless. Absolutely silent there, we didn't hear any noise whatsoever from neighbors, even the nearby road is hard to hear and it's low traffic anyways, so very restful place. One thing to be aware, small apartment means small hot water heater, so be aware if you have a party of 4 and you all need to shower! You'll definitely need to stagger them! Great amenities, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen items you would need, Keurig, iron/ironing board, the works! The TV didn't work for us, needs to be set up so that it's easier to navigate, but Wifi was great. All in all, absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will be back! Want to give a quick shout-out to two Traverse companies in particular that you should definitely try! First is Omena Cut flowers U-pick. This is a large garden with an enormous variety of beautiful flowers you can just walk up and cut for a very reasonable price. We got a beautiful bouquet which really brightened up the condo! Highly recommend checking them out, a fun activity! Also recommend TC watersports for renting a boat or jetski. Easy to set-up and access, and great fun! Happy Michigan-ing!
