“Amazing views !! Seen all the bears pool and hot tubs were great ! We will be back !”

“The space itself was clean and tidy, along with directions on how to get to the room. Everything was great overall. Although, the clarification on which unit was the one I was renting was a bit confusing, but not enough to require elaboration by sending a message.”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild……

“Nice place and having 2 en suites was great. Grateful for the laundry soap so we could wash a load of laundry!”

“Unit was dated but clean. We had trouble with the WiFi and it took two nights of having no internet to get it fixed. We couldn’t even make phone calls, which was concerning. It did get fixed and we did learn how to lock the door. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Bathmats would be a nice addition.”

“Great location. Unit needs some updating. There are very few outlets and some don't work. Beds are comfortable and view from balcony is good. We even viewed a bear from the balcony.”

“We loved this property! Clean, cute and peaceful! The host was friendly and checked in on us.”

“I love the place, y it very close to the pool”

“Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers.”

“Great hotel for the price.”

“Great place. Would definitely use again”

“The property host was a delight to work with. Prompt and helpful communication about the property and area.”

“Well located in between Knoxville and Gatlinburg.”

“El sitio muy lindo, comodo, centrico y limpio.”

“We loved our stay. Communication with Kerri was great! Highly recommend for staying in the area will definitely use again!”

“nice place”

“This was our second time staying in this unit since March. It’s really nice and convenient to Dollywood. I’ll probably return at least once more this year.”

“We had an amazing Tennessee vacation while staying in this cute, clean, and lovely condo. We wanted a relaxing getaway with a beautiful view, and we got it! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning, taking in the mountain views. Benches outside the condo also had great views of the mountains in both directions so we could see sunset and sunrise both! We saw bears pretty much every day, which was a huge bonus! This property is high up on the mountain, which is exactly what I wanted. If……

“Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.”
