Charming family run hotel
Excellent hotel with great service. The quality of the food was very good. The staff were so helpful - amazing taxi service to and from ski lifts.

Very nice Hotel
Very nice Hotel with lots of facilities like, small swimming pool, gym, sauna, ski room, free ski shuttle and so on. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but some improvement can be done.

Vacanza fortunata e splendida!
Esperienza molto positiva. Hotel bellissimo in posizione ottima, con visuale sulle Dolomiti del Brenta. Personale impeccabile, preparato e cortesissimo (di più!). Cucina ottima, variegata, con disponibilità illimitate. Paese molto bello e tenuto perfettamente.

La struttura è fantastica. Il servizio eccelle in tutto. Quello che ho gradito meno è la stanza che mi è stata data. All'ultimo piano senza clima. (Il pom. batte il sole e di conseguenza la stanza diventa sauna)

Really good and value for money!
A really perfect hotel for a ski holiday/stay in Madonna di Campiglio. All staff is really friendly and focused on the guests’ wellbeing. Although only located 300-400 from closest skilift, the hotel ski shuttle is always available for transport to all ”hubs” and free och charge for the three main ones. Nice food all week, good spa/sauna facilities and just a short walk from the main square/main street makes this a hotel we really would like to return to!

Украли лыжные ботинки из лыжной комнаты у наших знакомых. администрация отеля не предприняла никаких мер. Скудный завтрак, нет фруктов и овощей. Слабенький ужин.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Impeccabile la pulizia e il riordino delle stanze. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e la cucina è degna di nota. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero interessante! Se avremo modo ritorneremo di sicuro.

Posto meraviglioso ma personale un po lacunoso
Albergo, location e camera veramente ottimi, dispiace solo far notare che la sera del nostro pernottamento in hotel, con camera a piano terra vicino alla reception, fino alle ore 22 e 30 circa non abbiamo avuto una tranquillità per via di alcuni bambini che correvano e gridavano nella hall, nonostante in struttura ci fosse una stanza adibita al gioco dei bambini, non abbiamo fatto notare la cosa alla reception subito, ma la mattina al check-out abbiamo fatto presente la cosa e la receptionist che era in servizio anche la sera ci ha candidamente risposto che non erano in grado di gestire la cosa... in un hotel 4 stelle con stanza giochi per i bambini mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso, ma soprattutto una professionalità diversa da parte sia della receptionist che proprietà (ammesso che ne sia stata messa a conoscenza dalla receptionist). Mi spiace ma non consiglierei questo hotel a degli amici e soprattutto cercherò di evitarlo.

Hotel non nuovo ma molto ben tenuto, pulitissimo, personale eccezionalmente gentile e presente. Servizio colazione adeguato e ristorante annesso molto buono. Sicuramente tirneremo ad essere loro ospiti.

Ruhiges Hotel mit sehr großzügigen Gastgebern
Wir erhielten ein besseres Zimmer, weil dies frei war. Parken, Wellness ... inklusive, nicht wie sonst häufig alles extra zu zahlen! Auch der Shuttle zu den Liften war dabei, und dazu noch zu jeder Zeit. Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Das Zimmer war warm, nicht riesig, aber hübsch + gute Betten. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Best Hotel
Hi all, We did stay at hotel Diana and it had the service you ever could find. So helpful staff is not easy to find. The owner drove us to the lift on day for hiking, and the other day they drove us up to the top station (the lift was not more open because of the season. Exellent breakfast and absolutly nothing to complain about.

Nulla da eccepire , camera grande e comoda (eravamo in 3 adulti) . Disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari e del personale , la buona posizione sono le caratteristiche piu' importanti . In cucina ottimo il servizio e buona la qualità dei cibi .

Great spa and nice service
All'Imperatore is a nice hotel with a great spa: Finnish sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, solarium etc. Hotel itself is not quite 4 stars: rooms are quite small, windows are leaking, tv not working, but the friendly service compensates well. Finnish guy Esa working in the bar is very friendly and knows all the best places to have dinner and takes you to the ski lifts every morning. Hotel's restaurant wasn't very good, I recommend that you go out to eat, it's less expensive and better quality than at the hotel. There are several nice places within walking distance, Esa can recommend them and make bookings.

Vi lunchade i Madonna di Campiglio och beslutade oss för att stanna i denna vackra by. Först hittade vi ett billigare hotell på appen men vi kunde inte hitta dit. All'Imperatore valde vi för att vi kände igen gatan. Redan i receptionen kände vi oss välkomna av en anställd vid hotellet. Rummet var fantastiskt fint. Mycket trä och ett rymligt badrum samt en balkong med blomlåda och vilstol. I priset ingick inträde till hotellets spa. Vilken lisa för själen att ångbasta, bubbelpoola och simma efter några timmar i bilen och språngmarschen till kabinbanan för att hinna innan de stängde. Det fanns möjlighet att köpa en middag bestående av buffe men den åt vi inte då vår lunch var kraftig. Frukosten var delikat med gott bröd, pålägg mm. Hotellet ägs av en familj med rötterna i både Finland och Italien. En svensktalande anställd berättade entusiastiskt om allt vi borde se i omgivningen. Vid utcheckningen fick vi betala vilket resulterade i att vi ringde hotels.com som då talade med hotellet. Vi fick veta att vissa hotell bara ser bokningen som en reservation och att de helt korrekt tar betalt. Alla anställda vid hotellet utan undantag var ytterst vänliga, intresserade och gav ett sådant bestående intryck att vi redan vid utcheckningen började planera för när vi ska bo där igen. Det var ca 300 meter till närmsta kabinbana med svarta och blå pister.

Un buon hotel per un fine settimana sulla neve
Hotel molto carino e a circa 300 metri dalle piste da sci, con parcheggio gratuito dell'auto proprio di fronte l'hotel. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. le stanze sono grandi, con una atmosfera calda e accogliente. Abbiamo anche approfittato della SPA inclusa nel costo della stanza, anche se non è nulla di speciale. Sconsiglio la cucina interna però, con piatti un pò anonimi e costosi. Un buon hotel per un fine settimana sulle piste da sci, noi ci ritorneremmo volentieri.
