“Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast was nice and enough choice for us, dinner was really nice and good value and the room was clean but just needed a bit of extra attention in the bathroom. But for the price paid and location we were more than happy.”

“I got room that had roof eves that are low. I had my head hit more times on the eves. There are only 2 restaurant deliveries available at the location. The shower and bed sleep was good. The TV in the room has cast option that was convenient. The breakfast was nice.”

“We arrived at the hotel on foot while walking the South West Coast Path and couldn’t have asked for a better stop along the way. After a long day on the trail, we received a really friendly welcome and immediately felt at home. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful night and we both slept incredibly well listening to the sea nearby. One of the highlights was an early morning swim in the sea before breakfast. The perfect way to start another day on the coast path. We……

“Parking is not available at the hotel, and we did not drive, we were dropped off via taxi at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. Staff were extremely helpful, food was good and fresh. Nice outdoor seating/eating area, also a cozy sitting area to enjoy a glass of wine. Would definitely book here again.”

“Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.”
