The View from Delabole Waste Tip The quarry waste tip does not rise above the level of the land at Delabole but as it juts out into valley below there is a very steep drop onto farmland to the southeast.

On the Spoil Heap at Delabole The scale and height of the waste from the pit at Delabole is perhaps as impressive as the pit itself. There is an easy footpath around the top of the waste tip.
