Charming apartment in Villa Mariposa Trouville. 2 rooms a little less than 40 m2, 2nd floor, on the beach, in one of the most beautiful villa of the station, painted by Claude Monet in 1870 *. Seen sea, parking, renovated in 2014. Exposed beams. Beach Hut, access to large private terrace facing the sea and direct access to the beach. 5 beds: a sleeping room and a bed 2 place 140 in the first room, a convertible two-seater in the turret. Amazing location, especially in the summer.
Right on the ocean and close walking distance to shops. Very welcoming hosts. It was very thoughtful of them to include some beach gear. The apartment was fairly small for four people, but we knew that going in. The goal was to spend most of our time outside. Good Wi-Fi and TV service.

Dans une vraie tour sur la plage avec parking
Globalement agréable pour un cours séjour hors saison, si on cherche ni la géométrie ni la perfection ni le neuf .... la vue sur la plage de la fenêtre au soleil couchant est inoubliable et la disposition d'une place de parking au pied de l'immeuble est un plus. L'accueil à l'arrivée est très accommodant (idem au départ).

Beautiful building, perfect location
Nous avons réservé ici intentionnellement parce que nous avions vu le bâtiment sur une peinture. Le bâtiment est magnifique et l'emplacement est parfait. La plage se trouve juste à l'extérieur et le centre-ville est accessible par une agréable promenade sur la plage. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé en bord de plage. À prendre en compte : il est indiqué qu'il y a deux chambres. Il est aussi précisé qu'il s'agit d'un deux pièces : une des deux chambres est donc aussi la pièce à vivre où se trouve la table à manger. Bon séjour !

Pour qui comme nous vieux habitués de Trouville aimons la plage (surtout cette partie là) ce fut super. L'intérieur est un peu biscornu mais sympa. Bon lit, bonne douchemais ameublement trop vieillot et peu confortable . Mais cela reste sympa. Parking et cabine de plage super pratiques

Appartement très bien situé, le bord de mer est réellement au pied de l'immeuble et l'accès au centre ville par le bord de plage est rapide, on pose sa voiture et on fait tout à pied. L'appartement à son charme et la vue mer dans la tour est très agréable. Un petit rafraîchissement de L'appartement,notamment dans la petite chambre serait à envisager. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Pour être honnête nous avons été plutôt déçus. lorsque qu’après avoir gravi les marches de ces jolis communs bien entretenus, nous avons découvert votre logement exigüe. Une chambre à la déco désuète suivie d’une cuisine couloir, mal équipée (cafetière ridicule)jouxtant une salle de bain tout aussi minuscule. Ajoutez à cela L’absence de fenêtre digne de ce nom avec une vue type « meurtrière » qui impose de l’apprécier en solitaire: (Votre photo d’accueil est trompeuse.) Le seul point qui certainement nous a induit dans l’erreur, La situation en bord de mer. Une véritable rente au vu du loyer exubérant injustifié que vous réclamez. Ça vaut à peine la moitié.

Du premier contact jusqu’au départ nous avons passé un très bon WE. De super conseils sont mis à disposition avant même l’arrivee, l’acces direct à la plage est vraiment top, pas besoin de prendre la voiture du WE. Nous avons aimé l’ambiance exiguë et chaleureuse de ce petit appartement où on tient facile à 4, 5 personnes est largement faisable sur un WE. Cadre pittoresque et tellement agréable, un bon moyen de décompresser et de faire plaisir au petits comme aux grands. Merci pour ce bel accueil. À bientôt
