I was 45 minutes trying to check in, because the 2 ladies that were there, didn't have idea to use a credit card machine. The room was ok, the bathroom smell, the price was the same than a much better hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ...
Rooms smell like smoke. Everything feels dirty. Room door and windows aren't secure.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This property was in an unsafe and run down area of town. I was sent to the back of the property on a dirt drive (in a large city). The motel was shabby and run down. I did not feel safe. The room needed a paint job. This motel should not be advertised on-line as a safe option. The rate of $67.00 per night was ridiculous. I promptly gave them their key back after viewing the room. Definitely did not feel safe!!
No one at the desk when I arrived, had to wait twenty minutes. Room smelled, multiple broken fixtures, uncomfortable bed. Don’t stay here, there are other, better motels.
The place was dirty. It was rundown and need to be remodeled. There was mold on the ceilings and walls in our first room and the tile was cracked on the floor. The showers was nasty with rust and water marks running down the walls from leaking fossets. We complained but they had no other rooms. The bed was kind of dated and smelled old so we put blankets on top and slept on top of it. They got us a different room the next night and it was nicer in the living area but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. We were afraid to go in there.
In that room there was a kitchenette but the cubbies were broken and there was no fridge. There was a fridge in the room that didn’t have the kitchenette so it seem pointless to have a kitchenette if there was no fridge.
The main office was as gross as the rest of the place. The grounds were rundown with weeds growing every where. They had a swimming pool but with how dirty the place was I wouldn’t swim in there if you paid me too.

it was a place to sleep but not very clean. the sink leaked as well
PAY ATTENTION all of these 1 stars are here for a good reason.
These people should be ashamed as human beings to offer this property as a motel in the USA. The rooms are like a prison cell in a 3rd world country or a converted utility closet in an abandoned factory in Detroit. We did not stay after seeing the room because the warped, de laminated entry door was no barrier between us and the unknown things that go bump in the night in this very seedy part of town. I was greedy, I admit it as I only needed a 1 night stopover and saw the low rate but would not subject either my wife's safety or mine to this place. But if you feel that you can use a toilet that is underneath the sink as the peeling paint drops on you good luck. And may god bless you and keep you safe.
I only stayed here b/c almost every other motel in Tucson was all booked up for a special event (and I got the last room available). This motel actually doubled their normal nightly rate to take advantage of the occasion. It was not worth the rate that was charged and felt unsafe. I even had strangers knocking on my door at 2:30 AM, which alarmed me. Very unsightly and in a bad area of town. Not recommended. Stay here only if you have no choice.
I want to be nice about this, because the gentleman who helped me at check-in in the middle of the night (assume it's the owner) was very nice and seemed appreciative of my business, and because it's obvious to me the motel is struggling to survive in a blighted area with a lot of challenges - but that's exactly why I have to be blunt and say that this property is pretty grim. The front court/parking area actually looks pretty cute (if you don't get too close), but my room was tucked in a back corner of the building, with really inadequate and inconvenient parking; the entire row back there had a cluttered, derelict look to it. As for the room itself, it was clean, at least. But no-frills is putting it mildly. The air-conditioner/heater, the refrigerator, and the microwave all worked - but just barely - as did the television (which did have cable) despite being at least 20 years old. There was water damage in the shower, holes in the curtains, and the sink didn't have hot water. Also, even though the description on the website said there was WiFi and an in-room coffee-maker, neither of those things were available. Fortunately, there was a Starbuck's just a couple of blocks away.
This was a short trip, I was traveling alone, I was out most of the time, and I only needed something simple and cheap so I would have a place to sleep, so it worked for me. But be warned - you get what you pay for, so my recommendation is spring for the extra and get a decent place.
I mean it's ok but the owner were very mean to my family wen all they were doing was bringing me my things that I forgot in there car they were chased away and it was very rude and in called for never staying g in the motel ever again
Trash everywhere on the property. There were roaches the size of mice in the bathroom. The shower didn't work - water at tub spigot, but not at the shower head. Lock on the door had no dead bolt or security features.
