The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner. 4 min → Sabino Canyon 4 min → Ventana Canyon (Loews Resort) This townhouse sits in a private, upscale community with mountain views. There are two community pools with hot tubs, lounge areas, exercise room privileges, etc. It is a very quiet, monitored, and safe community. Arizona TPT License # 21557180 Hosts are Members of Arizonans for Responsible Tourism (AZRT) Guests have access to the entire townhouse (and shared pools and community spaces). We\`re happy to help and answer any questions. The best way to contact us is via the message thread. STAIRS: This townhouse is on the second floor and would require walking up one flight of steps to reach the unit. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately. 5\. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable. 6\. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables. 7\.
