Tucked deep in the Tucson Mountains west of Tucson proper, this newly constructed ranch-style villa is a secluded hideaway that boasts privacy and comfort. This quaint villa has 1100 sq ft of living area with mission tile porches wrapped around the entire home. A sahuaro studded 3.3 acre lot cradles the home as it blends into the undisturbed landscape just a minute's hike from Tucson Mountain Park. Tucson Mountain Park is a natural undisturbed desert enviroment.
A great location, this rental is only 10 minutes from Interstate 10 and downtown Tucson. Hike from the home into Tucson Mountain Park, or drive 20 minutes to Saguaro National Park. The Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studios are a short 25 minute drive through scenic Gates Pass. This home is only 1 mile away from world class mountain biking for all skill levels.
