We spent 3 nights there. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Hotel atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are very stunning! Location is good and in the main hotels road. It is 15 min drive to Tulum city centre. Is good for chill-time and not especial activity like party.

I booked the Oceanfront Suite as a birthday gift to my daughter turning 21! The Delek Staff went over the top to make this a Memorable & Special day for all of us! The decor was beautiful, the view was phenomenal & we were so pleased with our accommodations! It was a 10/10 stay! The sargassum in the ocean was the only bummer( which Delek had nothing to do with , global warming) I want to come back when it’s cooler to do it all over again for myself ! Thank you Delek Staff for treating us with such kindness & compassion!

Is a very beautiful hotel in front of the beach with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and professional. It’s a little noisy because there’s clubs / music around it but that’s the vibe of Tulum. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is a jungle paradise on the beach! The rooms are so beautifully designed, clean, and natural feeling. We stayed in a standard room on the second level and our bathroom had a skylight! We were treated so kindly by Steph, who made our stay 10x more special. She was helpful at every turn and deserves all the praise!

Where do we even begin? The staff was incredible, food amazing, rooms amazing. Unforgettable experience at the beach club soaking up the sun all day and into the evening. 5 stars. Shout out to Edguardo, rodrigo, Jonathan, topa, manuel, (Chile I'll call her), and ALL STAFF. Security was on point. Heaven on earth! We will return next year

Upon arrival, the service was incredibly friendly from the start. They even dressed room to celebrate my birthday The staff are extremely accommodating. The location is situated near clubs and restaurants. Partial ocean view room was lovely, the daily coffee/tea they bring to your room in the morning is such a nice touch! Breakfast on the beach was amazing. I'd go back again when visiting Tulum
