In this context, as Kefaluka Resort, all necessary measures have been taken by us against covid-19, and these measures are constantly examined and inspected by the relevant official and private inspection institutions and organizations. At this point, no negativity has been observed in the measures we have taken. As Kefaluka Resort, we would like to state that our main goal is to increase our service quality by accurately analyzing the needs and expectations of our guests and by constantly renewing them. Rooms and general areas are regularly cleaned and monitored by housekeeping staff. In addition, attention is paid to the maximum level of cleaning and hygiene rules. You have reserved a family large room at our hotel; but upon arrival at the hotel, the reception team provided you with the best room category - the family suite room. You were so pleased with the hotel's services that you extended your stay for another 1 night. We feel sorry regarding the issues that caused your disappointment. Dear guest, I would like to thank you for sharing your experiences about your stay with us at Kefaluka. As well the positives as the negatives are very useful to us and will be shared with the therefore responsible department managers. I would like to react on some of the given comments; Regarding the sunbed-reservation; we are aware that it can be a problem at times although we have enough sunbeds for all our guests. FYI we have signalisation boards which mention the request of not reserving the sunbeds and our staff is always there to help finding free places and sunbeds or to talk to other guests if that's necessary. The hotel has a central AC system which in low season, does not work 24/24 and only on certain times during the day and/or night. Depending on the outside temperatures. We apologize for the fact that you were not clearly informed about that. For lunch, besides the main restaurant, there are 3 snackbars which all serve a different menu. And for dinner we have 4 theme evenings (Turkish night, Fish & Seafood, Asian and Gala night) and besides that also 5 a la carte restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Turkish, Fish and Italian). İt's a lot of choice, for everyone's taste. All departments choose their own system regarding the tips and the Food & Beverage department decided to keep the individual tips (-which means the staff does not have to share.
