This is a great little spot in a well serviced area. The main concern we had with the room was that there was an awful smell coming from the pipes. When we arrived we noticed an air freshener in the bathroom and thought it was a nice touch. Sadly, this air freshener is needed. If you shut the door it's not a problem. Otherwise the room was good and had one of the most comfortable beds. Reception was lovely and the breakfast was nice.

Check in for this hotel ends at 7 pm. Unfortunately, there was no reminder email about this and we arrived around 10 pm. The hotel was already locked up by that time with no one to open the door. I later realized that the hotel had sent an email asking when I’d be arriving at 6:38 PM that day and let me know that they’d be closing at 7. This email came way too late as I was 3 hours away at that time.

What a gem, right at the centre of beautiful Torino, with thoughtful, kind and attentive staff. They even arranged an airport transfer for 40 Euro. Breakfast was delicious and the executive studio, spacious and stylish - much like the city itself. Thank you for looking after us so well.

I love my room at Hotel Adalesia! It was a spacious studio with small kitchen and generous space. The room was very comfortableand modern. And the A/C worked extremely well. The hotel was very conveniently located close to the train station and very walkable to major tourist sites. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and a short walk from the main train station. Very helpful staff and an attractive lobby/bar serving a good breakfast. The hotel has been renovated and is very clean and functional. I would stay there again if I return to Torino.

Overall great experience, great location, housekeeping, except the receptionist. She did everything to make me pay for an extra person, although my reservation with expedia, the rules of the hotel allowed Me to accommodate 3 persons. Also, she made me wait for 45 mins until she checked me out, doing her best to make me pay extra!! Bottom-left, she couldn't succeed. I would never hire such an employee, with very negative attitude, and zero customer service experience!! I feel bad for the owner, who seemed to be a gentleman, and a lovely person.

Nice hotel, near the Train station.
We booked this hotel because of the convenience of being so close to the train station, especially since we were planning to stay for only a few hours in Turin before continuing our trip. This hotel was a great surprise, nicely decorated nonpretentious and with a simple and clean style. The room was really clean and comfortable (maybe a little bit on the small side, but it was for one night). The Lobby really was few uncomfortable chairs, but honestly, who wants to hang out in the Lobby when you are in a great city like Turin. The fact that after a certain hour is no one in the Lobby can be the only annoying part but you get an access card so you go out at night and be back to your room so you still able to enjoy the city.

Dear Customer thank you for the review! Even if the reception closes at night, we are always available and available on the phone! In addition, guests can safely enter and exit when they want from the secondary door with the code!

1st Time in Torino
We visited Turin for the first time in August 2017 and stayed at the Adalesia. Overall, the hotel was decent value for the price paid. We arrive early so had dropped off the luggage first. They did not have a bathroom for guests to use, as the lobby was just a desk adjacent to a cafe type space that served breakfast. The room itself is very small and basic, but clean. Bed was fresh but very firm. Bathroom is small, especially the shower stall. The AC worked well, but got too cold and could not be adjusted for some reason. The wifi took some efforts to connect. The room itself faced the back of the building and was quiet for the most part but hallway noise could be heard crystal clear. The location of the hotel was very good - just a few blocks from the train station and a brief walk to all of the museums and shopping.

Updated hotel in Turin
Hotel Adalesia is well=located for the Porta Nuova train station and is attractive and up-dated. There is one very nice, hard-working young woman at the front desk (only until 9:00 pm) who is responsible for everything. The lowest cost room is too small for two people. The studio apartment next door in a building with elevator is much nicer. We did not take the breakfast which is 7 euros pp per day.

Noisy Hotel
Hotel short walk from Port Nuvoeau station, Bedding very clean, poor lighting in bathroom, Shower, toilet & bidet directly in line with large clear glass window which is fitted with Roman type curtain, but was not able to operate the mechanism in order to lower the curtain. No notices in room regarding fire exit or assembly point in the event of fire. Hotel sighted on very busy one way street that is heavily used by trams. Tram stop opposite to the Right of front of hotel, & traffic lights opposite left of hotel, resulting in lots of traffic noise because the trams are having to make lots of stops & starts. I personally found it almost impossible to sleep because of the high level of traffic noise. Although this hotel is ideally situated in relation too the main line station, & the bedding really clean, I could not recommend this hotel because of the high level of traffic noise.

Good hotel for Central Turin
Staff are friendly and helpful - the hotel is situated within easy walking distance of railway station (Porto Nueva) and 30 minutes walk from Porto Susa) Cathedral is approx. 15 minutes walk. Only downside is if you have a room fronting road it can be noisy due to trams but rear facing rooms very quiet for a city hotel

Great location in the city. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful with directions. We would highly recommend this hotel to any visitor. Turin is a beautiful city with a lot to offer. It was nice to stay in a hotel that is close to many attractions and also close to the train station which was convenient for us.

Easily Accessible Torino
Our Italy trip involved walking within cities and use of trains between cities and towns so we looked for centrally located accommodation. Adalesia was a short walk from the Torino station, close to restaurants, shops and "tourist destinations", making it an ideal location. Our initial introduction was a little bizarre - the mature couple running the hotel speak no English and we speak no Italian - however, after what was obviously the routine spiel about the hotel (in Italian), the lady in reception was able to show us the door code for access to the building and introduce us to our room using gestures and pointing. After this we communicated with smiles and waves as we came and went! The room was very comfortable and quiet - except for the shared plumbing. Although little "people noise" reached us from next door, it sounded as if their shower was in our wardrobe! I'm sure they also shared our bathroom showers and flushes - not a big issue but a bit off-putting. Adalesia did not take our deposit/payment before we stayed (as expected by the Expedia booking confirmation) - a bit of a surprise when given the final bill. Fortunately the receptionist at that time had some English so we could work out we were not being charged twice! Having said all that, we really enjoyed our time in Torino and would happily stay at Adalesia again.

The hotel is in a good location for access to cafes, shops and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful and reception is covered 24 hours. Rooms are very comfortable, nicely furnished, well heated and very clean. There is some traffic noise at the front of the hotel due to the trams running during the night, however we found our room at the rear of the building to be much quieter and just right.

We thought this hotel might have been a risk as there are few reviews however it's reasonably new so everyone has to start somewhere. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. We arrived via train and the hotel is easy to find and within 3 minutes walk. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel has been tastefully decorated and is well managed. There are always staff around to help and the secure entry door is welcomed as it's on a busy street. Great little hotel in Turin, would recommend to all.
