Nice hotel with very helpful & friendly staff. The hotel has been renovated since I last stayed there 5 years ago & is much more modern. Room had everything I needed (kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer). My only small complaint is the comfort levels of the bed. They may be fine for others, but the mattress was far too hard for me personally.

Con! Paid for a Superior double room with the Fiat on the wall. Given room 507 tiny dark box room no kettle, cups etc. Complained, eventually got a family room 410 but wasn't told it was only for one night. Had to pack up and move again! Got room 107 nice room , but still no Fiat and small shower.Was told there are only 3 Fiat rooms, that cost a lot more, false advertising. Wouldn't have paid extra if I'd known this. Disappointed 😡

Comfortable stay. Changed rooms because lock did not work. Would have been good to have a kettle for tea or coffee as was in the first room. Convenient location to city by Dante metro. Bought 48 hour transport ticket which was great to get us around.

Fully booked - sent elsewhere
I arrived for check in only to be told the hotel was full and that I had to get myself to a different hotel a few hundred metres away. It worked out ok in the end, but not ideal!

Good: 1. This hotel is located in a quiet area. 2. Staff are helpful and 3. Close to a Metro station Less good: 1. The breakfast is not a real buffet as stated in the website. Little more than a continental breakfast. But way less than a buffet. 2. Shower box leaks water from underneath. You endup in a paddle of water on the floor. 3. No restaurant in the hotel.

We had to change the room as it was very small and old, surely not like the one showed in the picture. The new room was a bit better, however we found lots of dust under the bed, the shower head was full of limestone. Moreover, the fridge was not working. We also had a bad experience in the lift. We pressed the button to go to 6th floor, instead the lift took us to -2 where the boiler room is and we got stuck there for 5 minutes with no phone reception and no stairs to take. Back in the lift, we got up to the ground floor and informed the receptionist who told us that on that day they did not have any issue with the lift (meaning that they maybe had issues during other days?). We had to go up to the 6th floor by stairs as we were terrified to take the lift.

MY expérience staying At Torino Plaza Hôtel IS positive, THE metro is 2 minutes from THE hôtel, Clean ROOM, friendly staff who try their Best to speak English, Shops and restaurants nearby. Buses ans trams stations close to THE hôtel. Good hôtel for a short STAY In Turin, THE price is quite good. I WOULD recommend IT. Aldo Good choice Of breakfast Buffet.

Check-in was 2pm and room wasn't ready at that time. Booked a room with a double bed and was given a room with two twin beds. Fairly central location was good and the breakfast was good.

You can’t stay here
When I arrived they said that they were full and I was moved to another hotel miles away. I choose that hotel because it was near the centre and the metro. I ended up well away from public transport.

Friendly Hotel
A great little hotel, a 20min walk from the station, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and just enough to keep us going for the average 15 miles we were walking every day. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and clean with a good sized en-suite. I would definately use this hotel again.

Very close to Dante Metro station
Room and facilities are very basic but are comfortable. Should provide at least one free bottle of water for the room. I would stay there again if ever in Turin.

Definitely no better than 3 Stars. My Room was unbelievably dark even with all the lights on -the Lamps must've been c20 Watts or something and the actual room layout didn't help matters! I got used to it after the first night but it contributed to me messing up and locking myself out of my mini safe on one occasion because I could barely see the number panel.

This hotel is located near main station of Turin (Porta Nuona) and 1 block from the metro. It is also located not to far from museums and from Holy Shroud of Turin. We had 1 problem with the power of the room but the stuff tried the best to fix it and even the hotel was booked they try to get us another hotel in matter of minutes. It is not the best hotel but for the price is very good for families. It also has a excellent breakfast.

OK hotel right next to the Metro
Hotel is ok. The staff are friendly. Room was comfortable and clean- the only real downside was the bathroom, which was small. The shower, in particular, was tiny and had a very annoying shower curtain.

The hotel is in a great location if you're going to the fair: it's half way between the fair and the old town center, conveniently located on a bus route. Taxis come right away. You get 1 hour free internet per day, breakfast was great (for being Italy) and the staff was very helpful. I can't say anything bad of it, except they could use new wallpaper.

Réservation faite en février pour juillet, chambre supérieure petite avec papier peint tapissé De roses énormes à nous rendre claustrophobe. Changement de chambre avec une chèvre soit disant rénovée pour 1 persone, lit trop petit pour 2 douche sans porte sinon que 2 petit bout de l’eau par tout l. Très bouillante avec travaux juste au dessus.. orribile
