“Our recent stay on Michigan Ave was perfectly complete with our wonderful view of the park and the Lake! The apartment was in excellent condition and all the pictures very accurately represented the space we were so lucky to stay in for a few days! The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with.We spent 4 days in Chicago with our son before sending him off to his sophomore year of college and he absolutely loved his time in the Windy City!”

“Upscale, well-located, inviting home that is in walking distance of some of Chicago top attractions. Generous amounts of utensils and dishes as well, which is a rare find at many rentals! 3 generations of our family enjoyed 5 days here and really loved it!”

“Great location”

“This apartment was ideally located and the building was quiet. Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. The ability to open the windows helped to control the temperature. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Great location! Clean, comfy and spacious!”

“Very convenient location for all of 30A exploration. Sea Crest isn't my favorite neighborhood, but that's from a very particular & frequent visitor to the area. No reflection on the comfort of this home. It was very nicely done and worth the price.”

“Great convenient location close to the train and bus. The apartment was wearing its age a bit but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts provided great communication and were very accommodating.”

“Nice location. Went for a concert at United Center, just down the road, super easy to get to. The place is easy to find and get in and out. All amenities available, we didnt find ourself needing anything. Densely populated area, constant foot traffic, which shouldnt be a surprise. Everyone seemed nice enough. Grocery store around corner. Awesome bakery around the corner, go early, the Guillotine Bakery.”

“GREAT LOCATION!It was so convenient to be a few steps away from Michigan Ave bus stops and only a block from the train station. We really enjoyed having Trader Joe's, a gas station, and other restaurants so close. Eleven City Diner was a big hit for my crew. The price was easily a better value compared to hotels in the area when you consider the extra bathroom and living/kitchen space. The condo was tidy and comfortable with all the amenities we needed and more. The shower fixtures could use some...

“This place is beautiful, conveniently located on a quiet street with ample street parking, and very well-appointed. There are clear directions for the use of the unit and Thomas and Cynthia are extremely responsive.”

“Super nice, modern apartment in a great location. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio because of the air quality outside. But the place was excellent overall.”

“Wonderful location close to attractions, restaurants, grocers. No need for a car most attractions, theaters and trains are easily within walking distance.”

“We stayed in Tri-Taylor flat for three nights. It´s clean, roomy and with all kind of amenities: hygiene products, domotics, kitchen equipped... We will repeat our stay for sure if travel to Chicago. Also the host, Alex, very kind and always avalaible quickly. ”

“It was great.”

“The condo was clean, safe and close to EVERYTHING. we had such a great stay and plan to come back soon.”

The property itself is spacious and works great for 2 couples. Well appointed with a useful kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Unit is clean and bathrooms are a good size.Troy is a great and communicative host that solves even small issues quickly. He goes above and beyond. The parking is all street, but no problem as long...
