“A nice enough hotel with efficient check in and safe parking. We had a blocked drain which was dealt with immediately and without fuss. Service in the bar was very slow and staff there didn't seem very interested. The pool could maybe do with a little clean.”

“The apartment was not clean at all. 136 self catering. Had to put my all my food in the fridge because of the cockroaches that were all over the apartment. The towels looked like they were from white to cream white. My main bedroom shower water had no pressure at all, had to shower for over 45 minutes in order to feel clean. Had to complain to be changed ”

“The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban”

After getting through the initial booking mix up the room they assigned me wasnt ready at 2pm and reception, who weren't aware of room availability said after I had ventured down to my room 700 meters away that I would need to wait for it to be available. I asked if I could get a voucher for a drink or……
