Excelente estadia, imóvel maravilhoso e bem conservado, vamos voltar breve!! Limpeza impecável, localização tranquila, móveis todos de qualidade. A LU e o Gilberto (zeladores) receptivos e educados com todos. Agradecemos ao Marcos também, que foi muito atencioso. Foram somente dois dias, mas o suficiente para adorarmos.

O apartamento é muito confortável e espaçoso. A única coisa que falta é o wi-fi principalmente aos jovens da família, mas compensou pelo ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Está muito bem localizado, próximo aos restaurantes e comércio.

Só posso tecer elogios sobre a estadia da minha família no apartamento do Sr. Marcos Pecci. Desde as tratativas com ele (proprietário) até a recepção e despedida da Lu (zeladora), foi tudo muito simples, prático e objetivo, como deve ser. O apartamento é perfeito, confortável, muito bem localizado e totalmente equipado para uma estadia de até 8 pessoas (estivemos com 6 pessoas). Só tenho a agradecer ao proprietário pela confiança e parabenizá-lo pelo imóvel. Indico a todos que pretendem passar alguns dias na cidade de Ubatuba. A facilidade de deslocamento para as principais praias, aliado ao fato de ter todo o comércio e diversão num raio de até 1 km também fazem esse diferencial, principalmente nos dias em que "São Pedro" não colabora. Com certeza retornaremos.
