TROPICAL DREAM VILLA
L'appréciation est globalement très positive. En famille avec deux jeunes enfants de 8 et 12 ans, la villa est située dans un site remarquable. et notre séjour d'une semaine fut fantastique dans ce lieu. L'aménagement de la villa est digne d'un grand designer (beaucoup de goût pour l'ameublement et les décorations, éclairages, matériaux de qualité, peintures originales, escalier en colimaçon superbe, etc. La piscine sur le bord de la terrasse qui prolonge le living est originale, grande, sécurisée pour une profondeur conséquente et toujours bien entretenue Les plages Galle, Anawatuna, et Mirissa sont à la fois proches (10 minutes en tuk-tuk) et loin du tumulte du bord de mer Un seul bémol qui pourrait être aisément modifié : l'accueil pour notre arrivée fut assez déconcertant comme si nous n'étions pas attendus, le manager était absent, le gardien absent, et la cuisinière faisait le nécessaire pour répondre aux nombreuses questions qui se posent lorsqu'on arrive dans un lieu inconnu pour des vacances (il manque par exemple un dossier d'accueil avec les indications sur les habitudes locales, transports tuk-tuk, (contact ? prix ?) horaires, codes wifi, visites, lieux proches conseillés, etc.) Passé ce premier moment lors de notre arrivée, le service sur place est de grande qualité, par une personne toujours attentive, de bons conseils et à l'écoute. Notre appréciation pour nous six (4 adultes et 2 enfants) est vraiment positive et nous recommandons vraiment cette villa de luxe.
