“We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Weligama Hotel. We received a warm welcome on arrival and were taken by buggy to our amazing room overlooking the garden. It was spacious and so was the bathroom. A short walk to the dining room for dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the terrace for both. My husband went on a nature walk with a ranger around the property and was shown different plants and birds which he really enjoyed. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay……

“Very professional staff, incredible location near the entrance to Yala National Park. The staffs English could be improved upon but the staff were very attentive, warm and helpful. The room we had was incredible. Very large with all the amenties you could expect. The small private pool was nice but cold and not really used. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and reasonably priced. They have both an international food and local Sri Lankan menu to choose from. We look forward to……

“We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved.”
