Property advertised as not pet friendly but they are. That was disappointing. Also not much to do in the area so it was just a place to sleep. Staff was nice but nothing exceptional. Very clean room

Great stay! Great staff. Pool was awesome. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Beds were comfy. This is what we’ve come to expect from Hampton!

Booked this hotel the night before as this was a last minute change in our trip. Traveling from Northern Indiana we had no idea about the area in Union city. We lucked out with this hotel as it was newly built, had awesome service, and clean rooms. The people at the desk were so so sweet and helpful. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. The breakfast was more then I ever had at any Hamptons along with many options… a waffle station, smoked sausage, real eggs, diced breakfast potatoes that were seasoned and not bland! The hostess at the desk helped us with suggestions on places to eat and the area as we were heading further west. True southern charm and hospitality! 5 star and above 🙌

Had reservations for Friday and Saturday due to a funeral service we had to attend, later decided to book Sunday as well and front desk could not help me out instead they said we basically had to pack checkout and then wait after 2pm to check back in have never heard of such thing I believe the next time we will reserve somewhere else down the road.

A definite must stay.
This hotel was lovely. Beautifully decorated, clean and the rooms were ample in space. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was so soft. Which says a lot for a hotel bed. The complimentary breakfast had everything you could ask for. The ham and cheese omelette was very tasty. The hotel staff was very friendly and we would stay there again.

Everything was great except the floors in the room. They were very nasty. The bottoms of my feet looked like I had been walking outside barefoot . The floors were sticky they were so dirty and there was did or car hair on the bathroom sink

This Hampton Inn seems pretty new, the staffs was nice and friendly. Especially, the front desk lady name Lisa was very nice and professional. She offered her help about the local area if we need. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has many choice options. I would stay here again.

Spur of the moment trip to visit family
Hotel is only a few months old and very clean, and a very nice staff. Bed was comfortable with awesome pillows. Very clean room and good breakfast. Loved having the large bottles of shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided inside the shower. Also had hand soap and body lotion provided next to the sink. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family

Hotel just opened week we stayed. Staff was very nice, but needed more training on credit cards, etc. Issues with losing electricity in room. Great selection for breakfast. Everything was brand new in hotel. Will be great place to stay once kinks are worked out.
