The hotel is 10 min away from the airport, which makes it very convenient when arriving at Bogota. Breakfast was included and was delicious, with many options to choose from. Personnel are great, attentive, responsive and very nice. The neighborhood also has different dining options and convenience stores. The room was quiet and spacious.

Convenient location, safe area, room is in general comfortable, however ventilation needs to be improved. I was on the third floor above the restaurant and during the day the smell of the food and extractions of the restaurant and kitchens was too strong and made it unpleasant to be in the room.

Beautiful hotel, the staff is very attentive and kind. Nice area to walk in, you definetly feel safe! There are a few restaurants close by to choose from, and a McDonald's basically down the street. The only thing is that the room was pretty small.

All of the staff is very helpful and super friendly. Location is great, close to the airport, mall, restaurants, convenience stores, salons etc. Breakfast is good, lots of options, variety of fruit. We had dinner twice at the restaurant, the Capital burger is good and big. No issues with the tax exception for foreigners. The front desk simply requested our passports to verify the entry stamp. Actually, this was a very pleasant surprise. We were not expecting it due to conflicting information on previous hotels during this trip. We knew the regulation but it was tiring fighting for this right and hearing different excuses every time. It seems that in Colombia some hotels manage this tax off the books. We simply gave up. We gave a 4 to the rooms because they don't have an electric kettle and the hotel couldn't provide one (in Canada most hotels have one per room). Sleep quality we gave it a 4. The rooms are well insulated although, it was too hot. We had to sleep with the windows open every night. On Friday night the music from a near bar was on until 1am and on Sunday morning, the workers at the plaza in front the hotel started drilling at 7am. Overall all, great experience. We stayed 4 nights on the 3rd floor. I recommend this hotel 💯. We'd definitely come back. Maybe next time we'll request a higher floor.

The property was great and the staff friendly, the only thing that I think they can improve is their breakfast start time from 6 am to 5 am, this will allow customers travelling before 10 am to be able to eat at their hotel since you need to be 3 hours before your flight at the airport.
