Come experience the beauty of Anker Brygge
Great view driving over the bridge, walkable to town and cathedral, quiet and near to fishermen statue. Good spread of breakfast with waffle machine.

We liked the originality and coziness, but it got rather hot, since we were located on the second floor, directly under the roof and windows were not supposed to be opened.

Our stay at the Anker Brygge was wonderful, it was our favorite place while we were in Norway. The view from our rooms were all fantastic, the picnic table outside a wonderful place to enjoy a warm evening. The breakfast in the morning was great too. The only thing that could be better is the support from the staff. I needed some help due to an emergency but the lady at the front desk didn’t seem very happy that she had to help me wiith a simple phone call. In the middle of the night, the fire alarms started blaring in all the buildings. Everyone came outside but there was no staff to tell us what was going on. After 10 minutes or so, the alarm stopped and we all went back to sleep hoping it was just a false alarm. It would have been nice to be reassured all is okay.

The service was excellent. Heidi went out of way to accommodateour our party of 9 in the dining room. Front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent stay.

Lovely rorbu in great location with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. Very helpful staff, great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Charming and cozy room 211 above pub & restaurant. Soundproof, clean with every necessities in kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Secured with 2keys, 1for entrance below and 1for room upstairs.. Decent amount of breakfast spread which was nice served next to the reception. Instagramable spot just behind reception. Excellent customer service!

So disappointed. I was hoping for a great property but it is threadbare and poorly cared for. Grumpy 20 year old running the front desk. No views.

Pleasant enough hotel in a prime location
the units are well equipped and set in an excellent location close to all amenities in Svolvær. Overall we enjoyed our stay but our customer experience was diminished a little by a sub par breakfast. Buffet dishes were not routinely replenished and staff seemed to be focussed only on getting the job done rather than on enhancing the customer experience. We felt that, for a hotel that seems to believe it is high end, this was not entirely satisfactory. Also a “how did you enjoy your stay” type of comment should be the least a 3 night guest should expect on checkout but once again there seemed to be a lack of training (or was it a lack of motivation) in this area.

Fun experience, very comfortable
Great location, just across a short bridge from the central area. Breakfast is very good. The cottage was comfortable, even included a dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked well enough.
