We were attending a celebration of life at the church next door so the location was very convenient. The room was a little outdated, but there is obviously work going on to update the hotel. The bedding and towels were wonderful and despite being next to a hospital it was very quiet. The staff were all efficient and friendly and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the suite was way beyond our expectations with incredible views of Vancouver. Relaxing in the pool and stream room at the end of a day’s exploring was the cheer on the cake!

Fabulous staff. The concierge Jerry was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the area. He was abke to answer all our questions. Also, the location of the hotel is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay there again.

We wanted to use the AC since it was quite warm in our room, sadly it started leaking water since the first day we checked in until the day we checked out. We told the staff about this issue and had a maintenance check it out, but only thing they told us is not to put it on “Cool” mode, but the thing is , “cool” mode is very common when guests want to cool down the room after a warm and long day. We were confused as to why we weren’t allowed to use the AC in its appropriate cooling temperature, and everyday when we would leave the hotel to explore the city, we would always leave it in “dry mode” just so the AC wouldn’t leak at all. So our options were “heat mode” and “dry mode” which dehumidifies the air. I asked them if there was any way they could fix it or find us another room that we can adjust the temperature without ang leakage from the AC since we were there for almost a week, but again, they simply told us not to use the “cool” mode. I would like to come back here since it’s so close to all the tourists spots which is very convenient and most of the staff were nice. I expect for next time we come back in a few months, they can accommodate us with a room that has a AC that doesn’t leak when we want to put it in a cooler temperature.

I would stay at this hotel again. Great location and the staff was very friendly. Walkable location to the beach, sea wall, seabus, Vancouver Convention Center, shopping, and eateries. Love Vancouver!

The service was very good, staff are very friendly and helpful. We stored your luggage before check-in and after check-out which was super helpful. It's located in a very convenient area with plenty of transit options and close to everything! The room we got seemed to be a bit dated, but it didn't impact our overall experience too much.

A convenient and clean room with cooking properties saved us here. Easy to walk around and see main attractions. The rooms are not new and posh, but clean and tidy. I haven't tried any food options. There is a cafe abd restaurant downstairs.

Okay location - close to Robson street and a lot of eateries. However, it was also next to a hospital so we heard sirens go off very early in the morning.

We arrived early at 9am and our room wasn’t ready. We were given an upgrade to a beautiful suite which was ready. Front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our suite was spacious and having a kitchen made things much easier and cheaper. It is a bit older and may not have everything you need in the kitchen, think basic and cut your bread ahead of time. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The gym is definitely older, minimal dumbbell sizes. But you can still manage a decent workout if you improvise a bit. It is very warm in there and poor lighting as it's in the basement. Overall, we'd stay again. The location is great, café and restaurant on site is convenient and we felt safe.

Did not enjoy watching all the druggies do their thing outside my window (which was facing back of hospital) The area if you walk around is sketchy with all the druggies but with all the people out and about you feel somewhat safe …. Stay to the left instead of the right of hotel Very friendly staff is the best thing about the hotel! Loved having a suite, IGA 4 min walk for groceries

The hotel room was a good size with 2 double beds, a couch and a small kitchen. The room was older with some ware but still in decent condition. The beds were too firm. The kitchen had 2 pots but no pan. The hotel also has a small pool and a steam room in both that ladies and the mens change room.
