NO ONE was at the front desk. The front desk was running errands and had 5 people waiting in the lobby passed 3pm. 2 guests were already staying at the hotel and waited AN HOUR for a replacement key, just to get back into their room. The guy was rude and impatient with everyone in the lobby. Highly unprofessional. Not paying a $300 deposit for a place like this.

This was my absolute worst hotel experience ever. The person at the front counter person wouldn’t let my boyfriend pay for the room because it was under my name and told me it was against the law. Never have I experienced that before…. Also there was no toilet paper in the room, no handle on the faucet, half the lights didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work and the tv was cracked on the screen and also didn’t work. The pool looked disgusting and dirty and moldy. They told us they were serving breakfast and they did not. There was only coffee and there was a poor single mom with three kids sitting hoping something would be brought out. It was outrageous. If I had more money I would have bought them breakfast myself. That mom was relying on that. Horrible just horrible. I also witnessed another couple trying to get a refund for the poor quality and the guy at the desk said he was calling the cops for assault.. stay far away from the crooks running that place

Check in was cumbersome despite pre-pay and on line reservation but i can forgive that. Room had NO toilet paper (realized after i sat down to pee...guess i will drip dry), no wash clothes, cups for coffee or glasses and the TV had no reception, we were tired so OK, just go to bed. Next morning we go down for breakfast at 9 and guess what...no breakfast (advertised as 7-10 am). When my husband asked for a discount due to all these issues desk person (who i believe is the owner) went into a rage. My husband tossed the plastic keys across the desk and the guy started screaming "Call 911, i've been assaulted"...WTH! My husband went outside and the guy kept ranting using foul language in front of a family with small children. I asked him to stop but he kept yelling finally i said "I will be happy to speak to the police" his reply..."i did not call police, just leave my property and never come back". Finally, something we agree on! Holy heck folks, stay here at your own risk!!

Gross, gross, gross. It was so dirty and smelled horable, also smelled natural gas in hallway and pool room but management said it was no big deal and they would deal with it at a later date. Said as long as no one smoked in the hallway it would be fine. I called fire dept and they found a leak and turned it off. Broken pipe under bathroom sink, they gave me a bucket to catch the water. Ant and fruit fly problem. Fridge froze everything. They went into our room while we were gone and didn't latch the door when they went out so we came back to an open door. Our keys didn't work most of the time. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7 - 10a but good luck with that. Around 8 or 8:30a they may or may not have a paper bag with food in it. Juice machine was broken so they had a pitcher with ice and apple juice on the counter. Front desk staff was usually outside smoking or unable to be found, his male family members were usually hanging around in the dirty lobby looking creepy. Broken room safe. No decaffeinated coffee. No towels after you use the one you have in your room upon arrival. Oh and did mention the first two rooms they tried to put us in were so dirty(dirtier than the 3rd) they had to switch us. I volunteer at a homeless shelter that is much nicer than this hotel, makes the shelter look fabulous. Pretty sure this place is family run and I didn't see a single house keeper during our stay, pretty sure they don't have any.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. It was dingy, dirty, stains everywhere, no cups, barely any towels, no breakfast that was advertised and the list goes on. I will never go back!
