Pictures are a lie!!! At the front desk there is a sign from the health department of Washington stating it is a “Transient Friendly” hotel. This should be in their listings! I have 2 young girls, very shady people there. Thank God our room key wouldn’t work 3 times as we were able to notice the room across had the door kicked in and the people around. Front desk was super nice and understanding and issued us an immediate refund. We later found out there is blood splatter and bed bugs in rooms, so grateful our key did not work and we left!

Everything about this place is horrible! But to top it off finding a used crack spoon on the floor next to the bed sealed the deal. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!!

I rented 2 rooms for my employees. The rooms were very dirty and the key cards didn’t work properly, the front desk personnel said he needed it to keep trying the keys until worked. The next they there were all with bedbugs bites. Horrible experience. Very poor customer service from Ashley, i am still waiting for them to refund my security deposit. Fortunately I did my reservation through expedia and they have Excellent customer service, they were able to find another hotel for my guys the same day.

First of all I booked two 1st floor rooms because of a knee injury. I was given 2nd floor rooms and there was no elevator. 2nd our cards never worked for the exterior doors. 3rd both rooms had broken tiles in the bathroom, hair in the shower, dust and dirt everywhere. The wall behind the desk was covered in a red mysterious substance splatter in both rooms, blood on curtains in one room, and a splatter on a sheet in the other room, one refrigerator and ac unit did not work. It was dark like a cave and no space near the bed to plug in a phone. Also they're was no wifi either. We would never stay here again. We tried asking for a refund or something off of our rooms, but they wouldn't help because it was booked through Expedia.

Convenient location: very close to Vancouver Mall. Good price. However, dirty and broke down hotel, very disappointing the pool was under maintenance during summer, safety lock of room door also broken, and grab and go breakfast was very minimal.

It was very much in disrepair. Hallways and room smelled horrible. Pool out of order. Couldn’t get even a dining chair to put in “sitting area” of room. Apparently you’re just supposed to sit on the floor. We were told that the breakfast would be some pastries until they run out due to all the remodeling. So all advertised amenities were non existent. We only stayed about 1 hour, just long enough to find another room at comfort suites next door. Much better place for not much more money.

Extremely dirty, mold, foul smell disgusting property. Pool was closed but probably wouldn’t want to go in it even if it were open… breakfast included???? Forget about it. Cold cereal and bagels with cream cheese were the only options. No elevator… and the room key cards were constantly demagnetized.. the key part itself was very finicky it no joke took me on average 5 minutes to get into the room each time. Extremely disappointed wanted to leave as soon as I booked it but didn’t have much options at that time. Also the place is super sketchy and I would not recommend you staying there alone. Never ever again will I stay at that property and will tell everyone to stay away.

I booked this location specifically because it had an indoor pool for my son, and because it was close to many different activities for us other than some family we could go visit. Choosing to hit the pool for my kiddo instead of seeing family for the night of our arrival....at check in we were incredibly disappointed to find out that the pool was closed, and has been closed for many months due to permit issues and maintenece. Front staff said it states this online, but no wjere online is it stated, therefore it is false advertising and the price should lessen as the pool that should be included was not included. I asked for a small discount and she said she could not. Obviously, untrue. Of course like many hotels no smoking in the room, etc....when entering our room, the room smelled like smoke and musty storage, maybe moldy some would say. Also the room looked a lot more beat up than the pictures had advertised online. Our keys wouldnt work to enter the room on multiple occasions and had to keep being remagnitized. After looking a little closer its obvious that there are guests who live there, its next to a galf way house, and many homeless living behind the parking lot. It was a cheap stay, which is what my family could afford. Although, I did think we were getting a little bit better quality for its location, and photos that were advertised on expedia. And of course expedia wont usually refund or discount for their false advertising either.

Curtains were ripped, cobwebs up in corners of main room and when we first entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke. We would love to have been able to swim but the pool was closed for maintenance. Employees were friendly and helpful. Some family members that booked a room had to go elsewhere because there was no elevator. Two were elderly and could not do stairs and no more first floor rooms were available.
