The Hampton In. Was very good. The staff was excellent. We went for a walk in back of the property and it was a little shady. Everytime we walked by a business a recording would tell us that we were being videoed. There was a Costco a couple of blocks away which was nice.

Check in was good room ready before check in time - much appreciated. Room was adequate but well below standard Hampton Inns. Very disappointed in room size, closet size, fan ran incessantly no buttons would shut it off - too cold. Couldn't move chair. No night table. Crappy room for price even. Would not recommend or return.

Check-in was easy and friendly, room enter was welcoming and clean. Took a walk around, good property. Lots of quick places near by to grab evening food. Close to the airport and great on offering shuttle service.

Telephone was not working and try after fixing. It was same problem. They do not do house cleaning every day, we have to the ask for new towels next morning. No extra towels was there. Regular tea missing after first day and run out. Thanks Sanjay

The hotel is located on a busy, busy road and it was a tough turn into the hotel. Plus, there’s very little space once you get into the hotel entrance to maneuver a vehicle especially. Decent location overall, nice staff and a good hot breakfast but it’s just a really tight squeeze for parking, etc. I would not recommend any large vehicles to attempt parking here.

Limited sidewalks on the Hotel side of the street but no crosswalk nearby. It’s a bit of a walk to lights!

We have stayed in Hampton Inn many times in the past in US. This one is below our expectation. Staff is super nice and friendly. But it has very limited parking, below average breakfast, bad coffee, very small gym and no pool! Definitely not our choice in future.

Close to the airport. They also offer airport shuttle sharing with other hotels I think. They are coming every 30 minutes. Breakfast was hot and buffet style also included hotel fees and open from 6am to 10am. Coffee, tea, and hot water were always sitting in front of the elevator so you can access to those drinks 24/7 days.

Our shuttle driver was great. Line up at check in but they were efficient. Room is quiet. Comfortable room.

The hotel location was great ... short drive to the many places we wanted to see. Hotel (and even Costco next door) experienced a power outage (from about 3-9ish). It was a major inconvenience and hotel compensated guests accordingly ... thank you! After power came back on we slept great through the night. Breakfast is edible and could be improved.

Overall very nice breakfast and excellent customer service. Awesome location, easy access to everything. There are 2 complaints: 1. when the door shuts, it is extremely loud. We can hear other doors closing from far end of the floor. 2. The AC is really loud when turned on, we had to turn it off.

We arrived late and had a very early flight. The staff were very helpful in arranging a shuttle for the morning and a bag breakfast for us since nothing is open at YVR at that time. We were very pleased with the seevice.

When we arrived at the hotel we found out that the power was out in the entire block. We weren't sure if we would be able to check in or get into our room. The staff was amazing! They worked by the light of a small lamp and had all the required paperwork printed for us to check us in. The staff stayed calm and friendly. The room was clean and modern. We were shocked that we didn't hear any planes even though we were so close to the elevator. The breakfast in the morning was good too. I will stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it.

There was no power from 3:00 till 9:00. I recognize this was out of the hotel control but no attempt was made to help us up the stairs with our luggage -we are 70 and 78 and my husband uses a cane. They did move us to a lower floor but a little help with the bags would have been appreciated, there was no compensation offered for our inconvenience and not being able to use the facilities offered either.
